A friend picked up three party boxes for an event at my house. The Arnold shop did a great job! The three boxes of sandwiches and a veggie tray all looked very professional and appetizing. It was a big hit with guests. Thanks for such a nice job!

Wow! The two young girls with dark hair working tonight were sitting out front at 8:20pm, said they didn’t have much food prepared since they’re about to close at 9pm and couldn’t serve us. Why close at 9pm and pay them to sit out front for the last hour??? Luckily the nearest subway that also closed at 9 was able to serve us.

Didn't like the business ethics here, so very unprofessional!!! Be careful folks!!!! Hubby had a coupon showed it twice and talked about getting the discount, so there'd be (no) confusion. It was just a simple coupon from the newspaper ads. Server looked at the coupon but didn't acknowledge it on the receipt. Wow!!! To make a long story short, server just wanted to give us a coupon instead of the $7.00 cash back. Wow!!! Finally got the cash back the (next) day after the manager was present at the store!! Wow!!! Never again!!!

This is hands down the best Subway in all of Jefferson County and maybe perhaps even in all of Saint Louis too.

I’ve ordered 5-6 pick up orders and my last one was literally at 1:30 (26 minutes abo). That’s how good my sandwich was - that I raced to my phone after I was done eating. I actually even wished I would’ve got a foot-long instead of a 6 inch lol.

I work remotely as a landscape consultant and as a storm chaser in the spring and fall. I am always stopping by subways due to their coupons and rewards system. I eat at many different subways in different states. This is my favorite one. I will always stop by and order when passing even if I’m just slightly hungry or feeling “snack-ish”.

The staff is awesome here, never had an issue and can’t imagine having one in the future. The staff is well trained and they’re all very well mannered. This is the cleanest subway I’ve ever stepped foot in. And. Just for reference, the subway app shows I’ve purchased 63 sandwiches already this year. So if anyone has the right to declare this subway one of the best, it’s me lol….respectfully.

The service was terrible. The food was terrible. The lady behind the counter was untrained and unprofessional. She had no idea what the store was actually stocked with. When asked for a refund, she broke down crying like a child because her manager wasn't there to assist her in her own job. Responsibility for this falls on the management and ownership of this particular franchise. Train and promote your employees properly, then you would not produce a subpar product/service.

Overpriced. Had a small bowl of salad which consisted of lettuce, 1small tomato slice about 10 bite size pieces of chicken,no dressing and it cost me $9.00. Will not go back again.

Staff was terrible and barely said 3 words except when it was time to pay, then they tried to overcharge me. Never asked what I wanted on my sub or if I wanted it toasted. Just threw it in toaster oven. I had to tell them I also wanted veggies toasted and the worker made it seem like such an inconvenience. As soon as the transaction was complete, both workers disappeared to the back. I had to grab my own drink because they never handed me a cup. Workers also didn't tell me where soda machine was. All of the beverages taste like mold, most likely due to poor sanitation procedures

The lady was super nice but forgot to put bacon on my sub which costs 2$ not good considering I paid full price so scammed me out of 2$ not to happy

I know all subways, in theory, should taste exactly the same, being a chain. This kid with dark hair and glasses, up there was on point. I said a little mustard and mayo and he gave me 1 stripe of each. That was how subways were supposed to be made and taste - it was a bar above what I am used to getting from subway.
