Pretzel was tough and bad consistency (either stale or microwaved). Wrap was dry and I got 2 sauces on it so obviously they were sparse. It really just didn’t taste fresh.

Staff can’t seem to follow instructions for what is included on subs or wraps. Employees are instructed to cheat you on portion sizes when ordering wraps and to only build the wrap with 6” meat portions vs the 12” meat portions advertised by the food chain.

I would like to leave 0 stars as well. I have patronized this place twice now and had issues both times. We will no longer patronize this location. Story below.This time, we ordered online. I took my families food home. When my wife opened hers, there was a bunch of green pepper and onion on it. We double-checked the receipt and confirmed we ordered correctly. I called and asked for it to be made again. I also offered to bring the incorrect sandwich back for their waste. The worker who answered said he wouldnt/couldnt as he is not a manager, and the exchange requires a refund. I requested a manager in which he replied "there isn't a manager working." I spent $12 on a sandwich that my wife couldn't eat due to THEIR MISTAKE?!?!?!, and now i have to buy more food so my wife can eat!?!?!? I couldn't get my money back, and they wouldn't replace the sandwich (isn't that theft!!). My only options were to leave my name and number and wait for the manager to call me the next day along with PURCHASING a new sandwich (my wife, disappointed, request I not go, for obvious reasons). The teenage kid working was trying to be respectful through my dissatisfaction, but when i had picked up my food he was too busy talking to his friend, who wasnt working there, that the cookies we ordered were mashed in the box and lid forced closed so they were smashed. When his coworker was trying to talk to me about getting the sides for the kids' meals, I couldn't hardly hear her over his social conduct. He did say "Im sorry, there isnt more I can do and I'm sorry for the mistake" in which my response was "well good for you, but sorry doesnt fix everything, like putting food in my wife's belly" and I hung up. I state this to show that there was compassion. However, maybe a little less social time and a little more paying attention to the job you're hired to do would go a long way.

Got two sandwiches, one for me and one for my contractor. We both got food poisoning it’s the only thing we both ate that’s connected. Great staff and service up front though, but maybe bad storage or ingredients, who really knows. Just fair warning.

I did an online order and it said it was ready for pickup. I go in and they are severely understaffed. I’m not trying to blame the employees since they can’t help it. I waited at the register 10 minutes while they struggled to complete other online orders and take care of the line that was taking so long people left. After 10 minutes of waiting patiently I was finally acknowledged after I approached them. All to find out that they haven’t even started making my order. I already paid and felt like I was being held ransom and sat an additional 7 minutes until I got my 2 breadless bowls. I can throughly say that I had a bad time.

Very nice refreshing change of pace to walk into a 'fast food' place nowadays and be greeted with smiles and friendly service in a clean well staffed establishment. The food was pretty good too, as usual.

They dont have as many choices as they use too. Not on breads or cheese. Qualty of food is still good. Salads are good. Would like to see more vegies in them And a little more dressing. Other then that Its all good.
