On a road trip and had to make a little detour for Sugarfire! Happy comfort food! Grab a Mississippi Mud Pie if you have anything to celebrate 😋

Got the brisket cheesecake, I've actually have had this before, I work out in Overland and it was actuallypretty good, when i ordered it again i choose to get the cheese on the side, i felt like they kinda drowned it a bit, but live in Arnold, so I got one from the Arnold location. Horrible!!! Dry and to much seasoning. Very disappointed!!

Automatic tip on the bill is CRAZY. The oldest female employee was very nice and helpful. The second oldest not so much. I won’t get into it, but big time attitude. Her attitude was such a turnoff that I won’t come back regardless of how good it is . If I’m doing something wrong I get it, I’m x-military and can take a beating better than most, but it’s how you approach it. I had to really bite my tongue. Long story short, I’m good, never again.

Disgusting mac n cheese tasted like it was from a can. Everything was cold forgot things. Meat was fatty horrible. Fries old and crusty burnt not fresh at all. its went down hill bad waste of 70 dollars. I was pissed. Then I call and never get a call back so clearly poor customer service as well.
I had the brisket Delicious! My husband had the Steak brisket. And he said it was delicious! I always love this place. It’s so fantastic! And the one in Arnold is like a little gem. Hidden away from all the other restaurants and there’s not tons of people in here all the time. The service is fast and the people here are so friendly!
BUGS. EVERYWHERE. Just kidding, but there are definitely an immense amount of flies here. The food was mediocre, we got brisket and it was fine, little fatty. Slightly overpriced. No need for reservations, nobody was there but us.

Tonight was our first time at Sugarfire and will be our last time. 1st they want a tip for doing nothing just ringing up our order 2nd the food is expensive and you get tiny portions 3rd the service was terrible and the employees were rude 4th the food didn’t taste good (all 3 of us ordered pulled pork plates) the pork was full of fat and no flavor, the fries were old and cold, the potato salad had no flavor and the only thing that we had that was good was the baked beans. All so there was gnats flying around everywhere. Terrible experience we won’t be back.

Their burgers are great! Fries were kinda cold and stiff. The soda was different but pretty good. The prices were insain! Way to rich for my blood. I probably will never go back again.
The people seemed nice though.

Spent $40.00 on 2 brisket sandwiches with a side each. Worst brisket I have ever had at a Sugarfire restaurant. Dry, 50% fat and about as much smoke flavor as the cardboard box they came in. Will not be going back, at least to this location!
Small portions. Dry burgers. $70 for 2 adults and two kids.
The BBQ is great. The sides are ok. Potatoe salad needs work. Potatoes seem to be way undercooked.
