Let me start by saying that Sugarfire is one of my favorite bbq restaurants. I have never had a bad meal at either the location on Olive or downtown. I love the variety of side dishes at all the locations. However, my experience at the Arnold location was not quite up to what I think of as the Sugarfire standard. I usually have a great experience at Sugarfire. My favorite dish is the burnt ends. I visited last week and the burnt ends were mostly fat and gristle. For $18, I either expect frantic food, or a larger portion.
