I usually love this place, but was disappointed today. I ordered the pick 2 combo. I usually get the berry salad and a sandwich, but the soup of the day was broccoli cheddar, which sounded good on a cold day. I asked the waitress how it was and she said it was really good. When she brought our meals out, the soup was chicken noodle, she said they were out of broccoli cheddar. I was annoyed that they didnât ask me if I was OK with the substitution because I wouldâve said no I donât want chicken noodle, I would prefer the berry salad. She put the plates down and walked away and when she finally came back, I asked her if I could get the berry salad since I didnât want the chicken noodle soup and she walked over to the ordering window and I heard her say she needed a berry salad. I guess the cook questioned her because she then said âshe doesnât like the chicken noodleâ. I didnât even try the chicken noodle. Thatâs not what I wanted, thatâs not what I ordered. So I was concerned that the berry salad wasnât made with care. When Iâve had it in the past there is sliced avocado in it, today it looked like they took a scoop of guacamole and put right on top of it so then I was afraid to eat it.
