This restaurant was a great choice for late night eats. The menu offers a variety of options and reasonably priced.

I had not eaten at Sybergs for about 20 years, and I missed out. I had the fried shrimp with fries for lunch, along with sweet tea. My friend had the house salad and wings.
The shrimp was cooked perfectly, and so were the fries. I normally do not like crinkle fries because they always seem over cooked, these weren't.
The waiter was nice and just attentive enough, which is something I appreciated. My only complaint regarding him, I asked if it was possible to get a sweet tea to go, he said yes but forgot to give it to me, and once he got his tip I never saw him again.
Speaking of sweet tea, it was perfect.

We stopped into Syberg’s in Arnold late on a Monday night and were greeted with warmth despite the hour. They were hosting trivia, which sounded like a fun crowd event, we just missed the chance to join in.
Our server, Cheyenne, was incredibly attentive. She confessed she felt constrained by short staffing, but honestly, she went above and beyond. She made sure we had everything we needed and shared with us one of the things that really sets Syberg’s apart: their partnership with Dogs for Our Brave, Inc. — an organization that rescues dogs from shelters, professionally trains them, and provides them at no cost to wounded veterans.
It’s inspiring when a restaurant supports such a meaningful cause, and we were honored to contribute to their program. It adds a deeper layer to the dining experience when you know your dinner is also helping something bigger.
As for the food — it was outstanding.
• My chicken strips were phenomenal: thick, juicy, and cooked to perfection.
• My husband’s hot chicken melt was equally satisfying — full of flavor and well put together.
All in all, Syberg’s delivered a great late-night meal, warm service, and a genuine commitment to supporting veterans. We’ll definitely be back and next time, we hope to catch the trivia!

Not sure why Sybergs has such ridiculous reservation policy. We walked into the restaurant put our name on the wait list, and waited patiently. Our wait time kept going up, when we asked why, we were informed that anyone putting their name in on waitlist took priority and bumped people waiting in the restaurant. What kind of ridiculousness is this. Also while some of their apps were ok. Their bacon cheeseburger was absolutely awful, little flavor, salty, just absolute trash. I barely ate half, my wife had 3 bites and was done.

Went to enjoy a birthday lunch? Because I really like the buffalo chips. I ordered a kids chicken, tender with a side of buffalo chips and sweet potato fries Did not Receive my sweet potato fries and later found out that I got charged for them I also during eating my food I had to ask twice for things like a to go box and they also mixed up my cards with payment and charge the wrong order on the wrong card and they charged a six dollar tip that I did not authorize.

The hostess’ were great! Very cheerful and kind. The waitress (Christina Z. I believe) on the other hand was rude, flippant, and seemed to not care. She did not introduce herself, would ask if we needed anything and walk away before we could answer, slid refills onto the table and walked away without a word, etc.
Sybergs was highly recommended by family members that live here, and as someone who recently moved to Missouri, I am very disappointed and don’t know that I’ll be returning to any sybergs owned restaurants.

Food was great. We were there during lunch hour, wait time for food was minimal. Highly recommend.
