Dinner salad had literally 3 Itty bitty pieces of red pepper and NO red onion and their house ranch was flavorless. Terrible salad. Also the first coke i had was really good but the refill was super flat. My son enjoyed his chicken and Mac n cheese though.

Our food was so good as always, but I mainly had to write a review for our server. His name was Jackson and he went above and beyond in absolutely every way. Checked on us constantly and was truly the kindest soul ever. He absolutely deserves a raise and much more.

Kim was a great server! FAST AND FRIENDLY! The Real Estate salad, onion rings, and "CHICKEN MUDEGA" mudega was excellent and our server was very friendly, professional and fast accurate service.

Curbside pickup of pizza, wings, and toasted ravs. Food is always a high quality. We go out of our way sometimes if the crave is strong.

Not our most stellar experience. We come here a lot and it's usually fine but tonight was not... And of all nights for Google to pop up a notification with "How was your experience?"

First of all, they said 15-20 min wait and it was closer to 30 min.
Then it was SOoOo loud and very very cold in here tonight, we could barely have conversation without raising our voices and we had to keep our coats on during dinner despite it being in the upper 60s outside.
Our waiter was nice but pretty slow.
The food came out in a reasonable time considering how busy they were.
Then there was a hair in our salad. (They did take that off the bill tho.)
The Sygoons were so spicy hot tonight that they were barely edible.
The wings were way overdone, had very little sauce on them, and the extra sauce we asked for (and took forever to get) was unusually thick/chunky.
My husband was brought 3 soda refills before his cup was even empty but I got a refill of unsweet tea in my sweet tea after I waited and flagged down our waiter to ask. My son had to ask for his refill as well.
Just overall not a great experience tonight. We'll go back and try again but another experience like this and we'll be totally turned off...

We order lunch a least twice a month from this resturant. Today's steak sandwich order x 2 was very disappointing. The first order of onion rings were covered in flour and not cooked all the way. You could taste that they were old. So we called and explained what happened. We drove back up there to get the two order of onion rings remade. The second batch was at least warm but still was served old onion rings covered in flour and now also covered in salt. These were not made fresh. Very very disappointing!!!!

Ordered take out here. We got a Sybergs chicken pizza & an order of Sygoons. The sygoons are amazing, 10/10. The pizza didn’t have hardly any Sybergs sauce on it, minimal cheese & the chunks of chicken on there were very spread out & dry, 2/10. The pizza comes with a ranch, (I guess because they know they don’t put enough sauce on it) but I also paid for & made clear I wanted 2 of them, yet they forgot it. I felt like it was overpriced for what I got 🤷🏼‍♂️
