Another location that didn't want cash cause they don't take orders at a register. I am not going to order at a self checkout just to go stand at the register to pay cash. So zero for food cause didn't get any. 1 for service and atmosphere cause they are too lazy to take order. Seems like taco bell is done being in business.

Very rude, we arrived within the hour of closing without knowing, the staff said “just so you know we’re closing soon so we don’t have anything ready” and acted like we were absolutely the biggest burdens in the world…. We told them we wouldn’t bother them, but more customers drove in the drive through behind us, I wonder what management would think about closing down the store early and then refusing to serve customers during open hours. Anyways, wonder if the people who pulled in behind us were as courteous about the fact that they seemingly didn’t want to do their jobs as my friend and I were. We took our business to Jack in the Box.

I swear!! My bf and I were in there last week and we ordered like not even 20 dollars worth of taco bell, we ordered it on the kiosk. 2 girls came in about 5 minutes after we had ordered, ordered their food. And they got their food before us. We were waiting for over 20 minutes before someone even bothered to look at us, much less, say anything. This is ridiculous. The service here is horrible. And they seemed very short staffed, which I could understand but they could have at least said something to us as we were waiting at the register!!!! 😡😡😡
