taco bell is usually hit or miss for me, however this visit was a lot better than any of the ones i’ve experienced in the past. i ordered online to pick up, and when i got there, the absolute sweetest woman greeted me at the window & asked me how i was doing, so on. not only did she have great customer service, she made my food correctly, even filled the side cups of sour cream up all the way, and i normally order 3 extra because most of the workers give me a tiny drop in...

I love going to Taco Bell, but it takes forever to get your food, but it's okay because the food is always good in the end. The staff can be kinda rude, but it's probably because they are always busy. Overall, I would rate the place a 7.5/10
