So I eat Taco Bell like 5 days a week and get a Mexican pizza with no sauce and no beans. I just went up there and the manager said she isn’t replacing it and I said so is this pizza acceptable and she said no and I said so why can’t you replace it and she was raising her voice and telling me she was going to call the cops. They don’t even change their oil on time either so that is another reason it

Just now got a pretty good sized order on the evening shift. Normally dont have any problems during the day, but this evening I had to ask twice for the drinks and when I said I got 2 drinks with my food the first one just walked away and the 2nd one said oookkkkkay and stood there staring at me and then finally looked at the bag and got 2 cups. Then I ordered abox meal and everyone had specific things with their order, although the specific requests were accurate, they just put all the food in a bag with nothing marked at all so we had to unwrap and go thru all the food to distribute out and found out that they forgot the chalupa to the box meal which was supposed to have extra cheese on it as well. Had to drive all the way back up to the restaurant to make the order right. Also the nacho chips were mostly broken pieces and not dippable. The night shift at Richardson Taco bell sucks and I will be sticking with daytime only.
Not busy and still got the order wrong. Mobile order, 6 doritos tacos no lettuce which came with extra lettuce, 2 crunch wrap supreme came with nearly no meat, the gordia crunch was pretty much raw, and both the potatoes and fries were cold. It's a assembly line with a screen people, yet they ruined my kids dinner! Do better Taco Bell!!

Waited in drive through fir 40 minutes and then order did not include sauces ordered. 6 taco and a burrito Supreme cost 30 dollars for 2 people. Has ass food, expensive and 40 minute wait. Not my opinion of fast food. Could go to any Mexican restraunt and get better quality , faster service and less expensive food. I will never go to this taco bell again and will only go to another if it's last resort.

Burritos consistently undersized, service is slow. Picked up a mobile order, was missing an item and two items had lettuce when it was specified to be removed. Went in to get the missing item and get some more tacos with no lettuce, had to wait 20 minutes for two more tacos with lettuce in it. Jeffco location has you beat.
Half my food was just thrown in half wrapped all over the inside of the bag. Like come on i only ordered 3 regular soft tacos.

They shorted us some of our order and left off the normal toppings from our food. They gave us our food in a ripped bag and refused to give us another bag when we requested it. The cost is ridiculous for such low quality food.

long wait it’s like 10:00 was a long line now gone, people before me left the place with food in there hand waited almost 14 mins for just a baja freeze cup, they are in the back doing something no line to be seen. and also my food was cold. the baja freeze i got was not even a freeze it was liquid..

I get it was late but after work I wanted some tacos. But everyone was outside and I felt if I went through to order I wouldn't get what I ordered so I left not ordering anything. Its happened to me before where I ordered after work and did not get what I paid for so I didn't Chance it and just left hungry to go home and when I am there the staff has such an attitude. If you don't want to serve your customers don't work in service
