Me, my husband, son and his girlfriend went to dinner on March 28. Our waitress was an older lady and sweet enough, until she wasn’t. We ate, and I ordered the appetizer platter, which was lukewarm warm and just not edible. After we ate, we sat and chit chatted for about 30 minutes. This waitress came over 5 times and said “have a good night”, stared several times, went to the back and you could tell she was talking about us. Very rude. I guess she wanted us to leave. We waited 15 minutes to get seated, and spent over $100. I think we earned a few minutes at our table to visit with our family!

Had a great experience. Our server was very courteous and professional. Everyone's food was amazing, with no problems or concerns.

Pretty Average Texas Roadhouse experience, Food is the same as other locations. This one is usually always busy no matter when you go so expect to wait 10 mins

This isn’t the first time this has happened so I figure I should say something. We put our number in for a table at 5:45, checked in with the host 3 times and were told our table would be ready any minute now. That was at 7:30. It’s 8:00 now and we are already eating somewhere else. Claimed they sent the text but it never came

We're done. Nearly $100 for dinner for two people, and AGAIN they mixed it up and served slop as sides.
Snowed in and suffering flu, we decided to try these guys one more time - having poor experiences in the past. This time...
Steaks were in the wrong orders (cooked differently, and different sizes).
The broccoli was like flimsy, mossy slime.
The mac and cheese was flavorless and runny.
We asked for extra rolls - the girl at pickup SAID we had extra rolls - we DID NOT have extra rolls.
Then, when trying to inform management, their ridiculous feedback mechanism has no where to report the sloppy, unprofessional mixup of items or the poor quality of the sides, or the generally negative experience.
We will not be spending our hard earned money at your restaurant ever again.

Amazed and not in a good way. We have been to this location a few times but on 2/22/25 we decided to go to dinner here as my son was home from college. For two people, we waited 1 hour and 45 minutes, so the restaurant was filled to capacity. The host was aloof and did not seem to care if we were there or not...which I've noticed is pretty typical of this restaurant.

When our name was called, there was so much confusion on where we should actually go or stand and the hosts in the booth just stood and watched...not trying to help at all. We were seated in a booth for four people in the corner of the main aisle with the most traffic. We placed our order and received our food and as we were just starting to eat, a young girl was walking down the main aisle throwing up every few feet. The adults with her kept her moving down the aisle and out of the restaurant. Some of the vomit was near my son's feet. Within a few minutes, an employee stood over this vomit and was searching for gloves. The first employee was literally yelling saying "you're going to have to deal with this" to another employee. Then another employee came out with some dry towels. Once the first employee found gloves, she began wiping up the vomit with the dry towels. No cleaning agent was used. No mop. No water. Nothing to actually CLEAN this up. They then tossed the towels into a plastic bag and left. I couldn't believe there was NO attempt to actually clean these spots and people were literally walking through the area within seconds of this happening. The staff did not block off the area and did not communicate to us at all...even though we were seated right next to this area. The people at the table across from us had not received their food and left immediately after seeing this.

Our server did not acknowledge the incident or ask if we needed anything until after I used the table kiosk to pay. I wanted to wrap the food and get out of the space so she provided boxes. She thanked us but never acknowledged the incident.

I don't think I can ever eat at this establishment again. If this is how they clean up a mess in the highest area of traffic, I can only imagine how disgusting it is in other areas of this restaurant.

Needless to say, I'd like to save anyone from the same experience. So many people are spending their hard earned money at this restaurant and wait for long periods of time just to eat here. I think customers deserve to feel good about the cleanliness of a restaurant. We are paying for those services along with the food. When accidents like this occur, the way they are managed can make a huge difference. A little communication goes a long way, and I would highly suggest training on how to properly clean.

The food tonight wasn't near as good as we usually get. The steak was tough. Filet should never be tough. But I think the thing that bothered me the most was the dishes were dirty and the crew was cleaning light fixtures and booths as we were eating. Who wants to eat when dust is flying around.

I love this Texas Roadhouse But tonight is by far the worst experience I have ever had here. My half slab ribs were not cooked right over cooked or they were sitting too long explained the problem to the waitress She said she’d send them back but only once. My diner guest and I thought i was it was strange that she said that. The Ribs were over salted. The manager brought my replacement ribs to the table, this slab of ribs weren’t even warm and there was less meat on these ribs than the first one.
I believe they have changed where they purchased their ribs from Because these ribs were not quality ribs as I had previously. The people busing tables were extremely loud some guy was walking around tables not identifying himself asking questions. Just a very disappointing dinner. My guest enjoyed their meal.
To top it off I ordered a cheese cake to go.the waitress said the worker fir desserts doesn’t even know where the cheese cake is. The slice i got was so small compared to previous times ordering it. Charging eight dollars a slice should get a decent slice of cake.

First Silas was a really good server. Very helpful and positive. Responsive to all we needed. My 16 ounce ribeye was really too thin. It was like country fried steak thin. I don't doubt it was 16 ounces but they didn't get any char on the medium rare steak because as thin as it was they would have over cooked it.

When you order the biggest ribeye you don't expect it to be served like that. Pretty disappointed.

Parking: We had to park at the shopping area next door.

We’ve been here many times and everything is always great but tonight we had a server we never had before, Barb. I have to say she gave the best service we’ve ever had everytime we come here.
