I ordered my steak medium well to well done. It came out bleeding all over the plate. I sent it back and by the time they returned my steak the rest of the table was finished eating their dinner. The manager brought the burned up charred steak to my table. The fork would not even go into the steak. I could not believe the manager had the nerve to bring it back to the table. He should have told the cook to start over. Needless to say I left without dinner. They charged me for my tea and the 20 percent tip was more than the drink. I won’t be going back!!!!!

Dirty and disgusting. This was my 2nd time in St Louis visiting restaurants. I found this place. Crowded, forks and spoons under the table. Food was overcooked. Thank God I'm from Chicago. Better Food and hygiene in restaurants
Busy for a Monday night, but service was great and the food came out quickly.

Chase provided the best service we’ve had anywhere in a long time. He was attentive, friendly, & kept our drinks refilled without us even asking.

Barb was GREAT!
Abby is cool, sit @ the bars on Wednesdays if you can. She needs the extra $ to see Bluebird live

We went here for my son’s birthday dinner. It was a Friday night so they were very busy and the wait was a little bit but we checked in on the app and did some shopping next door and didn’t mind the wait. Our server was Hayley and she was AMAZING. I haven’t had customer service THAT good in a long time. She was so kind and helpful. The door was delicious and all the steaks were cooked to perfection and so flavorful as well. Usually we go to the kirkwood location but I think we will be going here from now on. Everyone working was great even with how busy they were all the staff were so kind and attentive it was a wonderful birthday dinner for my boy.

Me, my husband, son and his girlfriend went to dinner on March 28. Our waitress was an older lady and sweet enough, until she wasn’t. We ate, and I ordered the appetizer platter, which was lukewarm warm and just not edible. After we ate, we sat and chit chatted for about 30 minutes. This waitress came over 5 times and said “have a good night”, stared several times, went to the back and you could tell she was talking about us. Very rude. I guess she wanted us to leave. We waited 15 minutes to get seated, and spent over $100. I think we earned a few minutes at our table to visit with our family!
Had a great experience. Our server was very courteous and professional. Everyone's food was amazing, with no problems or concerns.

This isn’t the first time this has happened so I figure I should say something. We put our number in for a table at 5:45, checked in with the host 3 times and were told our table would be ready any minute now. That was at 7:30. It’s 8:00 now and we are already eating somewhere else. Claimed they sent the text but it never came
