We went here for my son’s birthday dinner. It was a Friday night so they were very busy and the wait was a little bit but we checked in on the app and did some shopping next door and didn’t mind the wait. Our server was Hayley and she was AMAZING. I haven’t had customer service THAT good in a long time. She was so kind and helpful. The food tonight wasn't near as good as we usually get. The steak was tough. Filet should never be tough. But I think the thing that bothered me the most was the dishes were dirty and the crew was cleaning light fixtures and booths as we were eating. Who wants to eat when dust is flying around.
First Silas was a really good server. Very helpful and positive. Responsive to all we needed. My 16 ounce ribeye was really too thin. It was like country fried steak thin. I don't doubt it was 16 ounces but they didn't get any char on the medium rare steak because as thin as it was they would have over cooked it.
When you order the biggest ribeye you don't expect it to be served like that. Pretty disappointed.
