Don't eat here... I order WELL DONE wings and the wings were well done but I was hungry I ate it anyway.. I ordered wings & corn.. the next morning I spent my whole day in the bathroom throwing up and having dirahea.. it was confirmed I got food poisoning ... don't eat here!!!

I ordered online, and was given a 16-21 minute wait time. I got there in 30 minutes, and had to wait another 15 minutes for my order. But while I was there a young lady dropped a delivery order, picked it up and sent it out with the Doordash.

Great place for wings and fries. And that corn, omg! The staff is great. Moe was here from the Illinois store i usually go to. The rest of the staff was very friendly and attentive. The Louisiana Rub is to die for.

This experience was pretty bad.. We went to the Arnold location and ordered 15 wings and fries to go. The hot wings seemed fresh and hot, but they were almost blonde they were so light colored: barely cooked. I guess that was my fault for not requesting fried crispy, but this was borderline raw. You never know which places overcook or undercook, or just know how to do it right, until you go. I had to finish them for 7 minutes in my air fryer. The sauce was so light they had almost no flavor. It sure wasnt enough to taste the spiciness of "hot" wings. Worse yet, they barely sauced the boneless wings and there was one side on all 6 where it was just dry breading showing! NO sauce on that side huh, Musta missed that. But yet they were somehow still soggy. Fries: stiff, tasteless, no salt. Oh yes, Wingstop also only gives you ONE small included dipping sauce for 15 wings. And then charges 1.25 for an extra sauce? No celery, no carrots, no thank yous. There are so many better places who take pride in their food. It's Wingstop alright; stop getting wings here.

Every single one of the workers in Arnold mo are so sweet ,kind and friendly !!!! Quality food for cheaper than all burger joints ! I can't feed my family of 5 for cheaper and better anywhere ! wingstop is the BEST and the employees are incredible !!

My total was 52$ for 30 pieces of chicken and 2 large fries. The wings were old and cold and had little to no seasoning on them! For fifty two dollars? Horrible experience, wouldn't recommend this business for the amount of money you pay just to be dissatisfied.

First time ordering was tonight and it was great! Big shoutout to Amanda she greeted us right away and made me feel comfortable as a first time customer! Although the food was pricey... she walked us through the menu and accommodated all our needs! I can honestly say it was one of the best customer service experiences in my life! Will be back!

Didn't get my whole order, when brought to there attention was questioned. Female manager has terrible attitude clearly talking about customers as they left with there food. Male cook in back not wearing gloves as you see a sign posted saying all employees must wear gloves and mask. Unfortunate, food could be good but they don't practice good hygiene with COVID very rampant this time of day.

Went on a Friday night recently and there were a few folks in the dining area, but it wasn't overly crowded. Placed our order and waited ~ 30 minutes for our wings. Had to ask the status of the order after about 20 minutes and was told there was confusion in the kitchen. Seemed like the order takers were at odds with the kitchen. I will say the food was hot when it came out, but I probably won't be back here. No offer to comp anything for the wait either.

Ordered the same thing I ALWAYS get, and half of the chicken strips weren’t even covered (this is the first time I’ve EVER gotten them made so poorly). I’m usually a pretty understating person because hey, mistakes happen. Though, when I tried to have my ordered REPLACED I was told no because “there’s only a certain amount of sauce we can put on our chicken” and “there’s nothing I can do for you, I’m not replacing it because I sauced them my self”, coming from the so called manager. I was nice at first, and unfortunately it didn’t end that way due to his negligence of customer service.
