Keenan served us on a very busy Valentine's Day, and was exceptional! Having already left a review on Google previously, I wanted to make sure that he got some kind of recognition. He handled a really hectic scene with grace and care, and deserves some serious kudos!

Excellent burgers all around the table!! Sides included garlic mashed potatoes, brussel sprouts, and fries. Also had fried pickles with the best sweet & spicy aoli we have had. Service was excellent!! Found this place based on ratings and now I am leaving one of my own because they deserve it.

Walked in on a super busy night and everyone was working so hard and being so kind! Rachel at the bar was so nice. Jessi ended up waiting our table and absolutely killed it. We had 9 people and she was amazing!

I visited Twisted Tavern for the first time today with a friend. We were greeted by a friendly hostess and had a very kind, attentive server. Our drinks arrived quickly, and the server was helpful when we were ordering from the menu. Unfortunately, while waiting for our food, a cockroach ran across the wall of our booth. We immediately asked our server if we could cancel our food order and just pay for our drinks. He was very apologetic and understanding. A person who appeared to be a manager also came over to apologize and told us we would not need to pay for our drinks, which we appreciated. However, just a few minutes later, another cockroach crawled on the back of our booth near my friend’s shoulder. At that point, we decided to leave. As we stood up, we overheard the server telling another table “oh, it was just…” which felt like he was downplaying the situation. Seeing multiple cockroaches in a dining area is not something that should be minimized. While the staff handled the situation politely and professionally, the cleanliness issues were a deal breaker for us. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning.
