I shop the Arnold Walmart 3-4 times a week. I have always found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. I usually shop when they aren't as crowded and always find what I need. I have always had a positive experience with the Arnold Walmart.

Linda (team lead) who was working in the evening of Friday, July 5th is an absolute asset to this business. I approached one of the staff with a safety concern who connected me with their team lead, who ended up being Linda and she could NOT have made me feel any safer. She went above and beyond what she was obligated to do. I could also tell from the way that she communicated with the other staff members at the time of the incident that she is well respected within her role.

The store is rapidly going down hill. You can never find anyone for help and if you do they misdirect you? It's easy to get lost and there are alot of break in's on people's cars. Be careful what you leave behind when you go inside.

This Walmart in Arnold is busy as ever, and their stocked up big time. What I found to be strange is that no one was at the door checking your receipt. First time I've ever experienced that situation. The only issue is that they didn't have Pepsi Zero Sugar in the 2 liter bottles. It's really disappointing as it's one of the items on my shopping list. It's really strange that a lot of their stores have the six packs, just not the 2 liter. Go figure, it seems to sell out. I wish all the Walmart stores would carry this product as it seems to sell out I'm six packs. Just think what 2 liter bottles would do as well. All in all good Walmart.

I wish I could give this store no stars. Tammy (or Tammie) is the rudest person ever. From her constant talking over me to the lack of empathy regarding the store's mistake. I understand that mistakes can happen, but to act as if you are doing me a favor by refunding additional charges made by your cashier is unacceptable! I simply voiced my concern and was treated as if I was trying to get something for free. I definitely won't be back, and I will make sure to post the receipt showing the void charges and the ones I wanted clarification on. There should be a standard to which these so-called higher-ups are held, and she showed a lack of professionalism as well as leadership skills. Do better, Walmart.

A reasonable shopping experience.
Very organized and clean store, easy checkout and good stock
Not a huge walmart fan but you can't compete with prices and here the shelves are usually well stock and you get more for your buck.
