We asked for no bun on our burger and got bun. We asked if they could fix it and got a whole lot of tude. They didn’t put pickle or tomato on the burger either. Also no forks or straws. I understand mistakes but no need for attitude. We were just trying to grab some food man

Drive thru. They cannot seem to get anything right. I've given them multiple opportunities and now I'm done! I will never give them my business again! It's not hard to pay attention and do your job!

Delivery, we got our order screwed up and the individual who answered the phone was not helpful whatsoever. This will probably be the last time we get food from there. Need to hire people that can get your orders straight and the people who answer the phone be nicer. It used to be decent

Got a son of Baconator it was so dry it might as well have been cardboard and had very little condiments. My husband's regular Baconator was very juicy however had next to no condiments on it.
Got the Baconator, it's suppose to have 6 slices of bacon. Had 2 slices of bacon cut into 6 slices... I don't know about you when I read it's suppose to have 6 slices I think regular slices like you get in a package at the store not 2 slices cut into 6..bit disappointed.. Instead of "where's the beef" it should be "where's the bacon"

Stopped here after work to pick up a mobile order, got home and took a bite of a burger that still had paper on the cheese. Waited in live chat for 35 minutes and listened to call center background noise once I tried to call. Extremely unfortunate and disappointing.
