My husband and I enjoy doing WC on Valentine's Day! It is nicely decorated. It is clean. It is not very loud. The food is really good! The service is friendly and professional. Keep up the great work!

This White Castle location is pretty standard—quick and affordable if you’re craving sliders. I personally don’t like onions, so I always ask for them without, and they get it right every time. The food is fresh, but the service can be a little slow during busy times. Overall, it’s a solid spot for a fast, greasy snack, though don’t expect anything fancy.

I normally have a great experience at this location, but tonight was TERRIBLE. The yound boy working the drive thur window was SO incredibly rude, lied about taking my coupon off, handed him the coupon and he proceeded to crumble it. When I told him their was no way he took the coupon off bc I knew it should have been around $7, he immediately rolled his eyes and shook his head. When he handed me my food I could tell he was super annoyed, and did not want to be bothered. I told him, "thank you" and no response from him. I really hope his mannerism gets addressed because lying and treating your customers that way is unacceptable. He needs to quit if he doesn't like the job!

Hateful and smart elic. We all have bad days but I don't treat a customer in such unprofessional manner. It's all about listening and doing it right. White castles isn't cheap so making sure the orders are right should be top priority.
