It was 6:45. They sent us away to do deep cleaning. We went to a different location, but it was one of the weirdest experiences I have ever had. Maybe a dodged a bullet.

I never leave reviews, but unfortunately, they have terrible customer service and we have been screwed over by them twice now. I ordered delivery tonight because we had a lot of kid activities and needed to quickly eat something in between. When our food arrived they forgot the chicken tenders I ordered for my kids. I called like ten times and nobody ever answered. I didn’t have time to go up there so lost out on my money and had to scramble to find something for kids to eat before we had to leave.
A few months prior my husband had a late night craving for some wings so we decided to do late night wing order for a “snack”. After waiting over an hour for delivery, they had my wings and forgot my husbands. Again nobody answered the phone and it was very late at that point so no point to go up there. I understand mistakes happen, but not answering the phone to fix your mistakes is a problem. Unfortunately won’t be ordering from there again.

I ordered an online order waiting 25 minutes like the app said. I got to the restaurant and waited an hour before my order was ready. I watched people come in the restaurant order get their food eat it and then leave before my order was ready. The manager was there witnessing all of this and never said a word to me about my order.

I’ve been waiting for almost 2 hours to get 3 boneless wings combos I have always experienced this at this location if you want WINGSTOP never come here

If I could put 0 stars I would. Spent almost $50 on wings and fries. The wings were tiny and overcooked. The fries were so burnt, had no seasoning, and they gave us a bunch of fry scraps. Our order overall tasted awful. Such a waste of money & wish I could have a refund. Will not be going to this location again.

I have ordered so many times from here and they forget the ranch EVERY SINGLE DAMN TIME! How difficult is it to read a ticket and put the right items in the bag? Absolutely horrible. And I write reminders. Can the employees not read?!

We ordered 30 wings online with 3 different flavors. We went to get the food and there were only 20. It's super bowl Sunday so we already expected it to be busy, so we put in our order right after they opened to try to beat the rush. Well we were given a bunch of attitude and was eventually told that they had "like 1000 orders back there". We said we truly didn't care about that. We just wanted the food we paid for. They offered some boneless wings for the trouble, which we got, but they forgot the 10 missing wings again. We called when we got home and was told it was our fault. This was my first, and last, time going here.

The food is good when they have it. Multiple orders have been wrong. Last order they just didn’t have fries but still charged me full price. Claimed they refunded it, but I have not seen the money in over two weeks. This location lost a loyal customer. I will go further to avoid it
