This place is the worse, there’s always in issue with the orders, I ordered online and they’re out of wings, it’s the third time in two months, sometimes it’s that, sometimes out of ranch. And the worst thing, I can’t cancel my order in the app and they can’t cancel it in the store, there’s not a phone number to call to customer service and cancel your order, the only way you can get your money back it’s to call your bank. It’s Saturday so I’ll have to wait until Monday to get my money back…
Service it’s the worst, some of the guys that work in there, they’re ok. And food it’s good, that’s why I come back but if you know that you sell a lot, you can’t be out of all your best sellers.

Ordered online a day ahead, and my food wasn’t ready the next day, even an hour after the requested time. The employees working wouldn’t cancel my order and said I had to deal with it. Never going back here again.

I wish I could give zero stars. My second time ordering and they messed up my order then hung up on me. Who ever the manager is they should be fired. I better have my refund in 3days and they bet not act like they don't know. I put it in the instructions and called so who's messing up. So unprofessional. Please choose another location cuz they suck here. How it say stuff on the receipt but they don't get it right smh

Food was awful , tasted like the wings had been sitting out or used super old grease. Everyone was sitting when I walked in the store my tea tasted super old . This was my first and last time ever going here . Wasted 15$

Once again- third time is not a charm. Order pick up , get home and half our order is missing. Food is cold. Try to call the restaurant and you get the auto message that says no one is available. This restaurant needs to be shut down

Everytime I place a order through the app it gives me this location which is fine except our orders are ALWAYS wrong or something is missing the text message for delivery tells us to contact the store THEY DONT ANSWER the phone which is inconvenient for the money I am paying for my family to eat! Do better!
