Look at the size of the chicken tenders next to a biscuit Looks more like nuggets. And half of what we got was spicy, not the mild that had been ordered And only 12 french fries with the order. And no biscuit with the 3 piece order that only had 2 pieces. Chad, the general manager, will be there at 7 in the morning. I for sure will be calling him to suggest ways to improve his business operation.“

“Yesterday at lunch I placed an order through the Champs app and it was absolutely fantastic! Not only was the food great but so was the service! I placed the order and then arrived a couple of minutes earlier than the app said it would be ready. I was acknowledged and greeted as I walked in which is not something you get with most other places. The gentleman that helped me (I believe his name is Christian) was great! He has helped me the last three times I’ve been to Champs and he has been great every time! From his energy you can tell that he either enjoys what he does or he is just really good at what he does. It was very much appreciated!“
