This is normally my favorite McDonald’s in the area, and I often stop by in the morning on my way to work during my commute from Holt Summit to Columbia. I decided to stop on my way home last night for some fried and a medium drink, because I was on the way home a little later than usual and wanted a quick snack, the drive through line was long, but moving. However, once I got closer to the window, I watched the car in front of me get a bag and a drink passed into their car and then before driving off hand it back to the window and receive another bag and drink. When I pulled up and was handed my food I ask “was this the order that was just handed back?” And expressed how I thought they weren’t supposed to do that ( I mean I know they aren’t supposed to, but the kid was young and I wasn’t trying to be a complete a-hole). He said they were too busy to remake it so they took it back. It was a large fry and a medium drink. Don’t get me wrong, I took it anyway and the fries were hot, but can you please teach your employees health codes and why we follow them??

The best mcdonalds I have ever been to. Always fast and the service is great! Never gotten cold or room temperature food, always hot. They have the best Dr. Pepper and Sprite!!! Love this place so much

Don’t go here if you want your order to be correct, and make sure you have time to go in the lobby for them to correct it because even if you order through the drive through, sit and wait 10 minutes for your order, and pull back around for it to be corrected… “manager requests you come inside for that.” Absolutely ridiculous. Terrible customer service, can’t check to make sure an order is correct before sending it out, and can’t make it right in the drive through. Would not recommend.

Amazing establishment the workers here are amazing and friendly. Super clean and fresh definitely one of the best McDonalds I’ve been in.
McDonalds, if you like it it was what it's all about. Fries were warm, lightly salted. Burgers were assembled correctly. For the amount of traffic they had it was amazingly quick
