Usually this McDonalds has good service but lately has been slow. Waited almost 30 minutes in the drive through line for a McFlurry at the 3rd window, left and never got it. Drive around to the lobby and got a halfway melted one…lots of staff standing around.

We go here almost every morning on the way to work we stopped for breakfast. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful, one of the best ones I've been to.

I came through this morning for some breakfast and ordered a medium iced caramel macchiato. I didn’t know that the sizes were smaller for coffee so when i received it i told the boy that i ordered a medium and not a small, he said it was a medium but i pointed out the S marked on the cup. Then an older lady chimed in and retorted that it was a medium for the coffee sizes and if i looked at it closer theres an M on it as well. Her tone came off as rude, as if I was the one causing a problem, but I genuinely didn’t know the sizes were different. I apologized and said i just didn’t know and told them to have a good day. But then when i went to drink my coffee, it was way too sweet and the caramel was not mixed in all the way, causing me to slurp up chunks of caramel from the already too sweet coffee. I would’ve gone back to ask for a new one but i was uncomfortable in doing so because of how i was treated in the previous interaction.

So i guess recently they started charging .39 cents for extra lettuce on a mc chicken which is a small sandwich. I alway get extra lettuce on everything and most of the time they don't do it and now we have to pay?? So next time I'm going to.order none and expect .39 cents to be taken off my bill then.
Went through the drive thru Friday May 9th. Ordered a 4C chicken sandwich meal with sweet tea. Fries were fresh and very hot, sandwich was good and tea was perfect,not overly sweet. Service was fast also. Good job today McDonald's.

This is normally my favorite McDonald’s in the area, and I often stop by in the morning on my way to work during my commute from Holt Summit to Columbia. I decided to stop on my way home last night for some fried and a medium drink, because I was on the way home a little later than usual and wanted a quick snack, the drive through line was long, but moving. However, once I got closer to the window, I watched the car in front of me get a bag and a drink passed into their car and then before driving off hand it back to the window and receive another bag and drink. When I pulled up and was handed my food I ask “was this the order that was just handed back?” And expressed how I thought they weren’t supposed to do that ( I mean I know they aren’t supposed to, but the kid was young and I wasn’t trying to be a complete a-hole). He said they were too busy to remake it so they took it back. It was a large fry and a medium drink. Don’t get me wrong, I took it anyway and the fries were hot, but can you please teach your employees health codes and why we follow them??
