I've gotten coffee at this Scooters location many many times and every time it is a positive experience. One time I needed something remade and they did so quick and cheerfully. 10/10

I usually go to 7brews but I live 5 minutes from Scooters. I always order the same thing, a strawberry smoothie. Tell me why almost half of my cup was full chunks of ice! This is why I don't go to scooters and drive the extra 20min to 7brews.

I ordered a hot chai tea latte with coconut milk. The chai was as sweet as cake frosting, which is pretty gross first thing in the morning, and the coconut milk was rancid. I would have struggled but maybe eventually finished it if it was just too sweet, but being rancid it was not consumable. I was unfortunately on the highway out of town by the time I tried it and another scooters off I70 would not exchange it for me because they are not under the same ownership.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I came through the drive thru and the lady with purple hair had not listened to me at the speaker, which resulted in her not making my drink right. I had to repeat myself several times at the speaker. When I noticed my drink was wrong, nobody came back to the window. When they did come, I asked for it to be fixed, and the lady told me I was rude and didn’t need to be. Everyday I come to this location and I never have issues until I came across her. She has no customer service skills. She gave me faces like I was just asking her for too much to fix my drink. I asked her to make my drink right and asked for the owners number or name or a phone number to call to speak to a manger, & they told me that there was no manager in store & there wouldn’t be one until tomorrow. I wish I could give 0 stars.
Will not be returning. The staff there were extremely rude. Report to corporate has been made.

Today I was feeling a little down. When I pulled into the drive thru I wasn't in a great mood and needed a lil something to make me feel better. Little did I know that what made me feel better wouldn't be the drink, it would be the two adorable girls working at this coffee shop. Elizabeth was extremely kind and professional. When I started venting about my day a little she shared some very wise words and advice, complimented my outfit, and even gave me $50 in cash for gas. What a sweetheart. The other girl, Ema, came out to my car, held my hands, and proceeded to pray with me. We prayed deeply for about 10 minutes. When I protested that maybe she should get back to work she said, “This is more important. What Jesus is doing for you right now is more important than anything.” She began quoting scripture and helped me work through some tough feelings. By the end, I was sobbing, as no one has shown this much kindness to me in so long. I pulled out of that drive thru a new man and am ready to go and conquer the world all because of Elizabeth and Ema. Thank you so much!! ? ?
