I mean amazing the location is doing so well, but I had to circle the block to be able to pull in bc the line was so long. Def won't do a mobile order/pay a head next time. Even for an express shop, wait time was too long.

Edit: Made another visit 2/2/26- Hope your committed. I was in line for 43 minutes. There are no exits once your in.

Now... to get a left out of here when youre finally done (prob another 43 min 😅)

I am very disappointed in the Ashland Store. I ordered a large sugar free decaf caramelicious. It took forever to get it and then ends up was something iced with regular NOT decaf and had cinnamon in it. If I wanted caffeine I would have asked for it. Need to do better. I have never had an issue with any other locations.

I always love going here! I visit 1-2 x per day. Alanna does an excellent job. I realize it is prob a process for the new baristas to learn perfection, but Alanna has it down! It’s very rare for me to be a regular anywhere but here!

I love scooters coffee. I typically recommend it and will drive out of my way to avoid other coffee stores especially Starbucks or 7 brew but today I went for an afternoon cup of coffee to be told no. Coffee isn’t served after 4pm. I don’t know what in the coffee bean you’re thinking not serving coffee after four. No I don’t want an americano that’s not coffee. No I don’t want some sugar, syrup filled 13 flavor drink I just want a simple cup of coffee. It does not take much to keep a pot of coffee warm all day long. Scooters do better serve coffee all day long. I’ll go back to McDonald’s if I have too, they figured it out.

I usually go to 7brews but I live 5 minutes from Scooters. I always order the same thing, a strawberry smoothie. Tell me why almost half of my cup was full chunks of ice! This is why I don't go to scooters and drive the extra 20min to 7brews.

I ordered a hot chai tea latte with coconut milk. The chai was as sweet as cake frosting, which is pretty gross first thing in the morning, and the coconut milk was rancid. I would have struggled but maybe eventually finished it if it was just too sweet, but being rancid it was not consumable. I was unfortunately on the highway out of town by the time I tried it and another scooters off I70 would not exchange it for me because they are not under the same ownership.

Seems really well managed, always in and out of the drive-thru within a minute or two with my drink. Staff is friendly and the drinks are always made well.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I came through the drive thru and the lady with purple hair had not listened to me at the speaker, which resulted in her not making my drink right. I had to repeat myself several times at the speaker. When I noticed my drink was wrong, nobody came back to the window. When they did come, I asked for it to be fixed, and the lady told me I was rude and didn’t need to be. Everyday I come to this location and I never have issues until I came across her. She has no customer service skills. She gave me faces like I was just asking her for too much to fix my drink. I asked her to make my drink right and asked for the owners number or name or a phone number to call to speak to a manger, & they told me that there was no manager in store & there wouldn’t be one until tomorrow. I wish I could give 0 stars.
