Waited an hour for a delivery that never showed up, tried to call and only got hung up on, and then it said it couldn't cancel my order because the request had already been processed.

First off..your customers are always watching and paying attention... Health dept has been called. Watched a lady come back from trash with a trash can. Put on gloves and made food. No had washing. The STORE MANAGER was making food with nasty gloves came to register and rang stuff up with the gloves on then went back to making food. A girl did come from bathroom then went to handwashing station and washed hands for the appropriate amount of time. Gave date and time to health department so they can review the video but i would assume one of three employees will have a job after this. Its so gross inside and not sanitary at all. Sad its likes this in this small town.

Dirty and the workers were not very helpful and was hanging out in the kitchen talking loud to each other and didn't know we had ordered some food 🌮 🌯 and 🥤 🥤 sodas. The bathroom 🚽 was nasty with toilet paper on the floor and the stool was very nasty.

Consistently disappointing. I really need to quit giving these people my business. It’s clear they don’t care or are incapable of caring. The orders have been wrong. Cannot get the right size drinks. Flat out gave my son the wrong drink. Order one thing and it’s either made wrong or missing something.
Granted what you get is okay. But if it’s not what you ordered, what’s the point.
Oh! and it’s slow. It takes longer than fast food should. Go to a sit down restaurant if you actually want to wait for something.

Drive thru service was rude. But it was late so who knows what had happened previously in the day to possibly cause this.

No pic to share cause I ate it all too quickly but always a great experience coming to this one when I pass thru. The staff is always friendly and quick and food has always been good and made correctly.

They have a drive thru for ppl to order and a separate drive thru for mobile orders & door dash. Whole process was another and faster!
