Table was dirty when we got there it wasn't busy. Realized later our waitress just wasn't doing her job she even told us instead of giving us a refill her legs was tired. Maybe that's why all the tables was dirty. People comes in and set down at a dirty table. She puts a menu down for them. The guest ask her to wash the table/ she was 1/2 of the table left food on the other side. We went paid our ticket was discussed ask her if she new she even said she done this all her life..( she's blond). Really is.. Everyone knows or should bring a wet cloth to table to clean it with you..HELLO!!!!!!
Service and atmosphere were good, I ordered fish and shrimp platter to go. Shrimp were well over cooked( burnt), no tartar sauce, ranch or any dressings were given with the meal.

I go often with my son. It's a coolish day today and they have the ac blasting. No big deal other than every table sits under a vent blasting cold air. I was informed they are not allowed to touch the vents and aren't allowed to change the thermostat. Even though one lady said she has to deal with the complaints from other customers about the cold air. So we decided to pay for our cup of coffee and go else where.so thank you nanny goat for helping me decide to go to haro brothers where I can find a seat without a vent blasting cold air. I guess nanny goat doesn't care much for making their customers comfortable and want to stick around. I would like to add that the server at nanny goat did offer a different table. Mind you they had the room closed off and have been lately so thats even less seating. They had two other tables that were open. Two very large tables that were also placed under vents and ceiling fans. Also not ideal seats for a two year old to sit at. We were currently seated at the only open booth in the place. With enough cold air blasting on the table that the napkins were blowing around.

Stopped at this establishment with my 87 year old Air Force veteran grandfather. The waitress was very rude from the get go. My grandfather needed to use the restroom so he walked over to the waitress to ask where the bathroom was and she very rudely said " Not right Now" he is hard of hearing so he asked what she said and she got very loud and extremely rude again and said " Not right Now it's not working.

Me and my two children stopped in to dine in at 12:40 pm today I ordered a cheeseburger with fries and my daughter ordered the cheeseburger kids meal and I got a side of okra and a cup of coffee and my kids got a drink. It took almost two hours before the food was ready we needed up asking for it to go. Every single person who came in after us was served immediately. No one gave us any reason as to why it was taking so long and no discount or anything else was offered. As a business owner I personally would’ve offered it all complimentary and gave a reason why the food took so long or why we were forgotten. When we opened the food the extra ranch I was charged for wasn’t in the container and the fries were soggy. The two meals cost me $32! And my child still left a tip. I would hope that I would have a reason for why we were not given quality service here and treated this way.

This review is more about Google Maps, who refuse, despite photographic evidence, to change the name of this establishment to the one it has, according to the staff, operated under for at least the last year, Archie’s. Google Maps inexplicably rejected my change. If you look for Nanny Goat’s Cafe from the street, you will search in vain.

NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY my 1 year old daughter spilled a cup of water and our waitress brought us a Roll of paper towels, and we cleaned it up all ourselves, and she never came back to get the pile of wet, soggy paper towels we asked for something to Clean up the floor and was ignored. She never asked us how we where doing never asked if we needed a refill on our drinks or asked us if we needed anything Else if she would’ve came back and asked us if we needed anything we would have told her that she messed up our meal and we didn’t get what we asked for. very disappointed!

Got the breakfast special. Hashbrowns undercooked, and biscuits with the gravy was not very fresher. Tough and hard to break up. For 13.00 should have been larger serving and better prepared.

I'm from out of town me and my friend stopped in ordered breakfast she came back out and said sorry breakfast is over with ok. So we both order fish and shrimp platter 35 dollars for maybe 1 and half fillets of fish split between us so basically paid 35 for a ton of fries. Cole slaw has funny taste to it and waitress cake back only once. Very disappointed.
