Pulled Pork is moist and plentiful, but lacks smoky flavor. Potato salad and Cole Slaw could have been from a food service vendor. Baked potato is huge, well cooked and generously topped.
Not bad. The polish sausage and hot links were really good. We happened to get fresh brisket. It was tasty. The turkey was a bit dry. And was smoked unevenly i.m.o. the pulled pork had little to no smoke. But the brine used made meat moist and salty. The sauce on the table was my kind of sauce. I would describe it near sweet baby rays. But better! We randomly chose this as it was on the way. Sweet tea was strong and sweet. Could have used more ice. The servers were nice....
