My family & i have eaten here for years and now we see them trying to rip off The Good people in Ava by charging things on their bill that they DID NOT ORDER...like ALCOHOL ! $3.49 does not sound like much right? Well times that by how many others they've ripped off. for something we did not order nor do they sell alcohol nor have a liquor license. BEWARE PATRONS...CHECK YOUR BILL before you pay. How many times have they done this? And to how many have they done this to? I caught them doing this to us twice now...WE'RE DONE ! ...SHAME ON YOU ! We actually liked their food but to keep trying to steal from us here in Ava??? Not worth it!

The food was delicious. Salsa a tad spicy. Guacamole on point. Enchilada with Chile Relleno was super. Carneasda was excellent. Recommend.

The food is always good here as long as the salt shaker is kept away from the cook. Service has always been good. Cleanliness of the facility and restrooms has definitely slipped. Melvin usually corrects problems if you bring it to his attention.
It was eclipse day and the restaurant had three times the customers than it was used to, which is great for them but they were understaffed so service was a bit slow. What was frustrating was they overcharged us by at least $15, said there was an 8% credit card fee, and wouldn’t provide a receipt explaining the total.
