Called about cold food. Zack said next visit he will take care of it. Next visit he reduced the price 15% and said that was all he could do for a $55.00 purchase that was cold as my refrigerator. I requested some sauce.Part of this 15% was a $5.00 small container of sauce so pretty much it was a 5% credit for the ice cold food. I know this is not taking care of your customer . This is the first review I have ever written about anything. Very bad experience.

Staff was really nice. They were out of a few things but that’s to be expected from a bbq place… but oddly potato’s and corn instead of bbq? Thought that was a bit funny. Got the 3 meat and wife got the brisket sandwich. Pretty good stuff! I’d go back.
