Located on I44, great little place to stop in for a quick meal, what makes this place stand out is it covers the interstate, both east and west sides, as your eating you can watch the vehicles driving below you, kind of kool... McDonald's and a Subway..

I've lived here for almost 20 years and this is the worst I've seen this McDonald's. Me and some friends have met every Friday morning there for the last 2 years. The floor doesn't feel or look clean, the table we sit at looks and feels dirty. Last week there was dried ketchup on the table and an employee was cleaning the other tables. That was the first time in 2 years I've ever remember seeing someone clean the tables. I've never seen anyone mopping the floor. The employees are nice and service is good but the place is not clean at all. Also the hand drier in the men's bathroom was broken for at least two months. That's why I rarely eat there anymore. It's really sad to see. Minimum wage has gone up inflation is up the menu at McDonald's has gotten more expensive yet the store is in the worst state I've ever seen it.

It's genuinely a hit or miss. Sometimes they get your order right, and to you before it gets cold. Other times they will give you the wrong order when it's cold. Take the past several times I have used the app to order and I somehow consistently receive the incorrect order as an example.

Terrible customer service waiting in drive through with no other cars in line. I have to speak up after a few minutes of nothing then she said give her a few minutes. Service like that doesn't deserve my business. Almost 10 minutes of my 30 minute lunch wasted. 2024 I decided to give McDonald's a chance again it was subpar last time I ate it, but this morning, the app sent my order to this store. Instead of my store 40 miles away roughly but I clicked use location and then hit pay. Well, I called to cancel it and refund it, and she insisted I wasn't charged and that I'm the only person who could stop it since I used the app. The app was telling me to pick my food up. I was charged, and neither store would do anything. McDonald's is all trash, just like the app.
