It’s very frustrating to have to walk inside twice because the drive through worker has taken items off your order and the team members inside have forgotten to put half the things in the bag before bringing it out, then to have to curbside order because, guess what? Part of it’s STILL NOT THERE. I get that you guys get busy, I do. But just think how much time wouldn’t have been wasted, on my order multiple times, if it had been right from the beginning. As well as the other people I saw whose orders were messed up. I think some time also needs to be taken for better training and staff support. The cashier shouldn’t have to wait multiple minutes for another member of staff to get them quarters.

usually i don’t have a ton of problems with this particular Mcdonald’s but today was different. went to get some breakfast today and not only was our order was wrong when said to us 2 different times in the drive thru, but our breakfast sandwiches (a mcgriddle & sausage egg & cheese biscuit) were a complete mess upon opening. not only that, but neither one was properly wrapped. they looked like someone just squished the wrapper on and threw it in the bag (ON TOP of the hashbrowns too, i should add). also, the way the sandwiches were put together made them look gross. both of the sandwiches had cheese on them but the slices were both hanging halfway out of the sandwiches. i had sauce added to mine, but they overloaded it on the piece of cheese that was hanging out so it just got super messy upon opening too & barely any made it onto the sandwich. we also got 2 coffees which were completely watered down. i’ve never been so disappointed with the service at a mcdonald’s, so i just had to say something. the manager specifically (i’m assuming the person who was in a different uniform compared to all of the other employees was the manager just fyi) was seen just throwing things into bags and looked like she was walking around aimlessly in the kitchen. wish we could’ve gotten some kind of refund but instead i’m just hoping for a better experience the next time we go there! i had photos of my sandwich specifically to post with this review but it’s not showing the option to upload a photo with it, just fyi.

Food was dried out and not prepared correctly. The only thing that was fresh and hot was the fries. I also had another family member order chicken sandwiches about 30 minutes after me. Their's were very dried out and did not even look edible.
Must have been a really bad off day at McDonald's today because the food is usually good but today looked like dumpster food. 😔

I've made several orders for a private client within the past month and almost every single order they got wrong. I ordered 2 bacon egg no cheese biscuits, and when I got to the order he repeated to me my order only to find that it was a steak,egg,no cheese biscuit with onions on it. I personally wouldn't waste my time here. That's just one of the mistakes they've made. Some days I can see a manager is back there and it's still getting messed up.
