This location seems to be largely staffed by teenagers, at least in the drive thru, and they do a damn good job. They're polite and professional, speedy and largely accurate. Otherwise, it's a McDonald's just like every other McDonald's.

Gave me the wrong order, was up charged for cheese and bacon I never got, the ladies at the window were rude, rushing, and nearly forgot my drink. Fries were old and cold. And my chicken might as well have been made of rubber. When I called about this, I left a msg it's been 48 hours and no response, and I'm pissed. I want my money back now, not free food, or a coupon, that times passed, now I want my money and I won't come back.

I grow increasingly tired of this site. It has been going downhill for a while it seems but this was the last straw for me to review I guess. Nothing major typically happens but it’s the constant incorrect things that are bugging me. This is the 6th time in a row (spanning over a couple of months) I’ve come to get a plain burger and it’s not been plain. I ask for a mocha coffee and get caramel, for the 4th time in a row. It’s not a terribly big deal, but how hard is it? I ask for a plain burger in my daughters happy meal as well and guess what? It’s not plain. There is constantly missing food from different orders, or the complete wrong order. No straws, no requested condiments, no napkins is another frequent problem. I guess I just don’t understand what’s so hard about it, I could even have understood if they’d been busy, but it was dead. Only myself and one other car in the drive through the entire time.

This Mc Donald’s consistently gets orders wrong. The last three times I have been here, something was missing from my order. This last time I spent close to $100 and didn’t get nearly what I ordered. It’s like they just throw stuff in a bag and don’t even read what you ordered inside, because they don’t care. Definitely not worth paying lazy, uncaring and unprofessional employees 15.00 an hour . Everyone wants a paycheck for nothing these days, but if it was them you best believe they would be upset because they didn’t get WHAT THEY ORDERED. It’s really not that hard and it’s sad to see. Honestly, if you can’t run a fast food business or fill a fast food order correctly there’s probably not much hope for you out there.- Misty Johnson
