WORST PIZZA PLACE EVER. It’s pretty bad when a place is so bad you don’t even get to try their food. We drove 20miles into town for dinner. We’re farmers we don’t live in town. We ordered 2 large pizzas buy one get one free online. When my husband arrived after a 35 minute drive he was told that our pizza order was cancelled because they didn’t have any large pizza dough. Never once did they email or call us to inform us that they were going to cancel our order. When he asked if we could get the same thing but on medium pizzas since they didn’t have larges, the manager refused to honor their online deal after screwing up our original order and still making us drive 20 miles one way to town. The staff are incompetent, rude, and their customer service is pathetic. We were first time and last time customers to papa John’s. RIDICULOUS.

Clean , super clean store, great friendly and polite customer service, these ladies are always busy ,never sitting around wasting time, they give prompt attention at the counter, very accurate phone orders and always smiling and ready to serve. One of my favorite places to grab a pizza! Convenient location shares space in the gas station/ convenience store, super clean spotless rest rooms , you can get fuel, ice, drinks, dinner, play a few slot machines and dine in , out on the patio or take out to your location of choice. Fresh ingredients , pizzas are hot and ready and also made to order and they never take too long even when they are super busy! Great franchise, I highly recommend them.

We haven't ordered from this papa Johns for a minute because the Pizzas keep coming out burnt. Well, we decided to try it again and they are burnt. We just got home and are not happy with them. We will no longer be ordering from the papa Johns in Ava because we don't like burnt pizza!!!
