We haven't ordered from this papa Johns for a minute because the Pizzas keep coming out burnt. Well, we decided to try it again and they are burnt. We just got home and are not happy with them. We will no longer be ordering from the papa Johns in Ava because we don't like burnt pizza!!!

The slices put into the warmer were a little burnt and not very good. They looked very unappetizing and didn’t taste like the pizza did a couple years ago.

Waited to be waited on for 30 minutesOrdered a slice of cheese pizza was told there were no pizzas in the oven and it would be another 35 minute wait on a Friday at 5:00 pm! Really no pizzas in the oven this place needs a better front personShe made everyone wait in line while she answered the phone taking a order answering all kinds of questions while we waitedFirst off tell person in phone they need to wait you have a line of people in front of you!Will not go there again too bad

My favorite pizza place for a quick affordable pizza
Made the pizza wrong. I called and asked for a credit for the next time.. just to cover the missing topping and they told me we either had to bring it back now or freeze at least 3/4 of it and bring it back later. Terrible customer service.
