Place has good food but a bit pricey.
The server was friendly it just took a while to get served even though the place was empty. The place does need a major face lift. The carpet is starting to wear out and furniture is getting dated.
Not a bad bar with good food.

Case N Bucks is nothing short of phenomenal! From the moment you step inside, you’re greeted with a warm, welcoming atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at home. The food here is beyond incredible, and the menu has something for everyone, but there are a few standouts that truly shine.
Let’s start with the chicken wings—oh my goodness, these are on another level! They’re perfectly crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside, and seasoned to absolute perfection. Whether you go for the classic flavors or their more adventurous options, you’ll find yourself savoring every single bite. Trust me, you’ll be dreaming about these wings long after you leave.
Next up is the chicken fried steak, and let me tell you, it’s an experience in itself. The steak is cooked to perfection—crispy, golden, and tender enough to cut with a fork. It’s smothered in the most delicious, rich gravy that ties the whole dish together beautifully. This is comfort food at its absolute finest, the kind of meal that leaves you satisfied but already planning your next visit just to have it again.
And then there are the fried pickles—an appetizer that’s both simple and extraordinary. The tangy pickles are battered and fried to a perfect crunch, creating a snack that’s impossible to put down. They’re the ultimate combination of salty, tangy, and crispy, making them a must-order every time.
Of course, great food is only part of what makes Case N Bucks so special. The heart and soul of this place is Jeff, the owner, who is truly one of the most amazing people you’ll ever meet. Jeff goes above and beyond to ensure every customer feels like family. Whether he’s stopping by your table to chat or personally ensuring your meal is perfect, his passion for hospitality shines through. It’s clear that he takes immense pride in every detail of the restaurant, from the food to the service to the overall experience.
Case N Bucks is more than just a restaurant—it’s a place where memories are made. Whether you’re grabbing a bite with friends, enjoying a family dinner, or just stopping by for some incredible wings and a beer, you’ll leave with a full belly and a smile on your face. If you haven’t been here yet, do yourself a favor and go. It’s truly a gem, and I can’t recommend it enough!

Our first time here and we were very pleased. We had the buffalo smash burger with fries and the Cajun philly chicken sandwich with stuffed green pepper soup. All of which was delicious. Our server was Brooke, who did a great job. She was very attentive to our needs and always had a smile for us. The food came out quickly and was hot and fresh. The fries were great! Portions were large and the value was very good. We'll definitely be back as there were several things on the menu that we wanted to try.

Case and Bucks has received low reviews before. But they are much better place now. Today I was served by the Assistant Manager, Nikki, and she does a great job. The food here is good and the price is right. Owner is Jeff. Kevin is the GM. Jeff is the new owner and he bought the Business about two years ago. The Business used to have a bad reputation has being a local party place. But the new owner has worked really hard to clean it up. Every time I’ve been in there there has been families with their small children and I’ve never found it to be noisy or unbearable. It’s a well ran business and a good place for you to go. If you wanna get outside St. Louis come to Case and Bucks in Jefferson County.

We tried the breaded fried mushrooms & boneless wings , both were good. We also had the bacon cheeseburger & fries and also the fried fish with fried shrimp , mashed potatos & broccoli. Had sweet tea to drink. Everything was very good except for the shrimp was a little over cooked , it was pretty hard.. It has been a few years since we had been here because the previous owners didn't give a damn about quality or service. The current owner , a very nice guy that we met , made rounds to all the tables to ask how their meals were.. It's pretty clear he cares. Good Job.. We will be back more often now...

When we arrived, the hostess kindly asked if we minded a wait due to short staffing, and we agreed. The staff was clearly busy, with four women working hard to keep things moving. The hostess took our drink orders and brought them quickly.
Our server had another family to attend to before taking our order. After we ordered, our appetizer arrived promptly. However, as we continued waiting for our main dishes, an older man and a boy were seated at the table next to us and ordered after we had.
Around 15 minutes later, their food arrived – and we were still waiting. When our server returned, she unexpectedly asked if we were ready to pay. Confused, we told her we hadn’t even received our food yet. She mumbled something about getting mixed up and walked away.
We continued waiting, and it became clear that the staff was looking at us and the table next to us with concern. After some deliberation with the other staff members, our server returned and asked what we had ordered. She’d already entered it in her device, so it wasn’t clear why she couldn’t look it up.
Our server then mentioned an issue in the kitchen, made a vague excuse, and placed the blame on the kitchen staff. She loudly stated, "I knew it!" before disappearing again. About 30 minutes later, we finally received our food—without an apology. Moments later, she returned to ask how our food tasted, even though we hadn’t had a chance to take a bite yet.
Unfortunately, my sandwich was bland, and my chips were burnt. By this time, I just wanted to eat and complaining to the kitchen would have resulted in an even longer wait.
I believe one of two things happened:
The table next to us received our order, which could explain the staff’s concerned looks.
Our server forgot to submit our order, even though we saw her enter it.
Either way, I was disappointed that she seemed to cover up or blame others instead of taking responsibility. A simple apology and honesty would have made the experience far more forgivable. Our tab was over $50 for two people. We felt undervalued by the lack of respect. The absence of an apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience left us feeling we would not patron this establishment again.
