I have been to this location several times now, every time it takes forever to get through the drive thru and more times than not i end uo waiting forever in the reserved drive thru areas. The workers always seem uninterested and the inside store looks like a doctor's office that you order from a kiosk.

Service as always is better than the food but it's McDonald's what's more American? 🤪 But on a serious note they keep a clean efficient house for the most part but the efficiency means a huge lack in customer service and problem resolution

McDonald's at its blandest. Welcome to the kiosk-only future that nobody wanted. You cannot have your order taken at the counter. The interior is bland and uninviting. You feel more like you're in a doctor's waiting room, than a restaurant. Oh, and those fancy kiosks do nothing for order accuracy. My order still had items missing, despite me entering it all in myself.

Coming from the city, the food at this McDonalds is superior to other ones. It is good consistently. Hot and perfectly salted fries. Crispy, juicy nuggets. For real so good. Plus everyone is so nice. 5/5!!!!

The girl couldn’t hear me at the speaker so when I got to the window to pay I asked them to change it and she so this feels like an attack because we went over it multiple times why are there onions on my burger I don’t see that in the instructions do better

The parking lot is AWFUL. You have to walk all the way around the restaurant and there's only like 10 spaces. It seems that's the intent because the drive thru is very long and they park half their customers. Never been here before and probably won't be back. Poor design. Also, inside they are not set up to take ANY orders. Kiosk only!

Went here, and it was not my favorite place. The food was kind of bland. Got a kids meal with a 🧀 🍔 🍟 🍎 🍊 🥤 (cheese burger,fries,apple slices,orange soda.) It came out, and it was mehh It kind of made me feel sick after. They forgot the cheese, and the buns were kinda tough and hard to chew, and there was only one pickle. The entire thing was just ketchup it felt like. The fries were good, tho at least there's that got the soda I wanted, so that's good too. The other times I have been, they were ok, so maybe it was just the day I went. All in all, 4/10, not my fav 🫠🫶

This McDonald's is the worst! They always forgets untensils, sauces, and food items. And the food you get never seems fresh. Drive the extra couple miles to Pevely or Arnold. Not worth the time it takes to get into their messed up parking lot.
