Not enough teenagers who are 5’10” , brunette, tired eyed, and super handsome and strong at this place im sitting here shaking my head man. also theres too many kiosks i need to talk to people because im a people person i want a flying car not a flipping kiosk. also my big mac will only be good when i know the recipe for the sauce thank you bye.

On 3 occasions we ordered our food. Once home the order was not right. We have had breakfast, lunch and dinner. All with wrong or missing food. This is the worst McDonald's and we have eaten at many.
Young man in the drive-through was so kind, Honestly made my day.

This place would actually be a lot better if they actually had employees who paid attention! The phone number doesn’t even work because 3/4 of my meal was completely wrong.

This McDonald’s feels less like a restaurant and more like a fast-food showroom. The kitchen is awkwardly off-center, hidden away like it’s embarrassed, and the whole building feels kind of… naked. There’s one lonely cash register and four glowing self-service kiosks staring at you like robots waiting to take over. Heartbreaking to see what used to be a busy McDonald’s with real people now reduced to a shell of its former self.
The food? Just okay. Fries okay, burgers okay. Nothing great, nothing terrible — just basic McDonald’s on autopilot. The dining room had trash overflowing and the lobby wasn’t exactly clean, which doesn’t help the “new and shiny” vibe they’re trying for.
Bottom line: it’s cheap, fake food at a cheap, fake experience. What did I really expect? Still, it’s sad to see a brand-new McDonald’s already feeling tired.

I live close to here so I am here more than I probably should be … but it’s hard to stay away when the food is consistently good and the staff are all so friendly!

i am extremely displeased with the quality of costumer service and the food that i received. i ordered two chicken sandwiches and only received one, when i confronted them with the issue, i was made a second. but someone had squeezed the sandwich into a mess.

I took my 4 grandkids through the drive thru for lunch. Sam navigated all their different requests with humor & kindness. We need more Sam’s in the world!

I have been to this location several times now, every time it takes forever to get through the drive thru and more times than not i end uo waiting forever in the reserved drive thru areas. The workers always seem uninterested and the inside store looks like a doctor's office that you order from a kiosk.

Service as always is better than the food but it's McDonald's what's more American? 🤪 But on a serious note they keep a clean efficient house for the most part but the efficiency means a huge lack in customer service and problem resolution
