My family loves this place especially my daughter and her dad. They go there frequently before school and it’s their favorite special thing. We recently purchased 3 dozen for a party and not a single donut was spared. Wonderful place!

Found 2 bugs in our box of donuts just minutes after purchasing and they tried to refuse a refund. The lady said “I checked the camera. There was no bugs.” ??♀️ Only after threatening to call the health department and post on social media did they finally agree to refund. It took 15 minutes of arguing to get our money back.

We’ve tried basically every donut shop in the area and this is the only one worth going to. Always so fresh, soft and tasty. Big selection to try while having all of our favorites
We stopped by right at the time they opened. There was a guy who worked there that was carrying boxes to his car. I walked in and said hi and he replied how can I help you? And not a friendly voice. He acted like I annoyed him because he had to stop and wait on me and I interrupted him carrying the boxes to the car. I only got 6 doughnuts and I ordered 3 of one kind and 3 of a different kind. I thought that was a pretty simple order and not much trouble. But I guess he thought differently. I have been in here once before and the guy (different guy) was very nice and cheerful and made you feel welcomed. This guy was totally opposite. I frequently visit the Crystal City one and they are always nice and welcome you so I have to admit I was surprised by this guy's attitude.
