River's Bend Pizzeria & Grill

Typically I would not leave a bad review but I am aggravated. I ordered dinner for myself and my boyfriend. Was late and didn't wanna cook. ordered 2 cheeseburgers and waffle fries got there to pick up my order and there was only one order. I specifically said 2 orders. I wasn't going to wait another 30 min for them to make another order while the other got cold. Took the one order and went home Got home and the Burger was raw the texas toast was so soggy. The lettuce, pickles, onion and ketchup probably made it soggy since it was already on the burger versus on the side like a normal restaurant. Really disappointed and hungry. I love a small business and will support one over any chain restaurant but there was really no sorry and the waitress looked at me like I was dumb for even saying anything! I wish the old owners were still there. I never had a complaint and we ate there at least once a week for 2 years.

Well so far I have given the new owners 5 chances. 4 out of 5 times our order has been wrong! Today I said I wanted the regular bun on my cheese burgers since the texas toast turns to mush from the grease and it being pre made with the garnish. Well guess what... I got texas toast with a soggy bun and tomatoes that I said I didnt want. The 2nd time I ordered pastas with an extra side of garlic bread. I didnt get the bread sticks that I paid for.

The 3rd time I went i thought they redeemed themselves. I ordered the ribeye and it was fantastic

Is it worth it for me to go back? NOPE McDonald's does a better job with getting your order right and when they mess up they do correct it not riversbend.

Dont waist your money ordering to go, maybe sitting at a table would be better but I wont find out.

I ordered chicken alfredo and was servered the most bland unseasoned sorry excuse for alfredo. if you're gonna charge people for food at least serve them food that is edible. -99999999999/10

Only open when they feel like it. Pay no attention to the hours of operation sign on the window.

We showed up at noon today and the place was not open. Website says they open at 11 am. Tried calling while we were standing at the door And got no answer.

Not open during summer….. who does that?!

Great service, but they are closed for months at a time. Otherwise, when they're open, great food, fast service, and friendly wait staff.

Completely lost/forgot my order and they didn’t check back until after all members of my party were nearly done eating. Not sure if it was the kitchen or the waiter who dropped my order but they lost a customer after this experience. Didn’t rate food because I didn’t try it.

I couldn’t do this review fast enough!!! We visited for dinner while in town and the food is AMAZING! Our party had a variety of plates (thin crust pizza, hand tossed pizza, catfish, burger) and everything was so good. I personally had the Classic Cheeseburger and it was better than any other burger I have ever had!!!!

Excellent in every way. We were driving through and looking for a place to stop and eat. One person in the car found this place, and we were all pleased that he did!The pizza is so perfect and tasty. Super thin crust puts it over the top. Ample toppings, too! We got the lunch special with a 12" pizza, salad, and drink. At $14, what a bargain! None of us could finish the pizza, so we took the remainder to go. The service was excellent! A friend got the catfish and couldn't stop short of eating it all because it was so good.

Very cute place, welcoming atmosphere,& friendly service.Food was Amazing and so was the fresh squeezed Lemonade.Husband had pizza and we had burgers. Delicious ?We will Definitely be Back again.
