Honestly, if you're going to work in customer service, you need to be able to multitask. I did an online order and I waited for 20 minutes while this girl made four extremely basic sandwiches, but she was too busy talking to the people she was making the sandwiches for instead of actually doing her job efficiently.

We stop here quite often and can always be assured of good sandwiches. I go because of the salads that can be made relatively gluten free. The big thumbs up goes to the staff, who are very friendly, competent and fast. One of the best Subways we have found in Missouri!

Girl working was touching her face and wiping hands on apron. I had to ask her to change gloves after she wiped Buffalo sauce on her apron and was going to work on 1 of the 6 sandwiches I ordered

I always have mixed experiences with this subway. They always seem understaffed and the wait it pretty long. I went in today to get one sandwich and there were two other people in front of me each also getting one sandwich. There were only two people working and I was in there for approximately 20 minutes. The food is fine. Sometimes they run out of bread which you think would be a priority in a sandwich shop. Social distancing and masks are not enforced.
