Our server claimed most of our issue was because it was busy, but there were only 4-5 tables and at least 4 staff available. My steak came out well, I ordered Medium Rare. We had to ask for drink refills multiple times, her service was very inconsistent. She also complained to us about other customers which was very unprofessional. She said she had been there a month, but she is not cut out for waiting tables, period. From what I understand that is very indicative of this location... They need to hire the right people, I love Applebee's, but I'll drive an extra 20 minutes to avoid this location...

I almost never visit here and tonight I remembered why. We ordered food to go and the quesadilla appetizer didn’t come with the pico and sour cream as advertised, the kids burger looks destroyed and they forgot the utensils and cutlery. Kind of missed the mark this time. It will be a while before we go back, if ever. People pay good money for food to be unhappy. We felt it was a simple order.

MAYA in the Belton location is the absolute sweetest, coolest, nicest person ever. She has taken my and my husband’s ToGo order multiple times and she’s always friendly and always smiles. Can’t believe she remembers us when we come in but that’s great customer service for ya. Keep up the great work Maya. You are the bomb! Applebee’s please appreciate Her. She deserves it. P.S. Shannon the bartender makes her drinks with a smile so they taste better than any drink on this side of Belton

Our food came to us at just the right times, including the appetizer! Our waitress was such a sweetheart and made sure we had all we needed. I look forward to stopping in there again soon!Only issue was, we got there late in the evening, so at first the place looked closed. Additional lighting in the parking lot would be nice. Also maybe a large sign to let walk-ins know to wait to be seated (there's a small sign off to the side, but easily missed) We almost left, but glad we investigated! Lol ?

The food was okay, a little slow coming out, but it was tasty and fresh. I don’t normally have the best experience with service here, and a lot of people complain about the service, but I had an amazing experience with Zoe as my waitress. She was very attentive and personable and is the best waitress I’ve ever had especially at this locatIon. Definitely will be returning!!

I worked there for a month. The staff is incredibly unprofessional, especially the managers. They gave me a training meal so I can suggest things to customers as they order. So I decided to try a chicken salad. They literally gave me food poisoning from my training meal. They give their own employees contaminated food, so what kind of quality do you think customers are getting? It's disgusting in the kitchen, trust me. Don't eat here unless you want raw chicken and fecal matter in your food.

Horrible. Can’t say much more than previous negative posts. Poor initial acknowledgement (waited over 5 minutes to get noticed), slow service and fair food. This was my second time in 3 months and same experience both times. Belton has more restaurant options that are far better than this one. Good luck new management!

One star is being generous for this Applebee's. Place was not busy whatsoever, and yet it took over 45 minutes to get our food once we ordered. Then when it did finally arrive, Riblets were lukewarm at best. Waitress never came back once she brought out the food out to see how things were. Seating host brought out our bill and manager gave us half off.

Had Lunch with a Friend, food was good. The only problem was everything came out at same time. So we had Appetizers & our Salads and other items all at once. So need to work on Timing. Food was good. Waitress was on the slow side. I think they didn't have enough staff. Sign in front says "Under New Management". Seems better than previous mgmt!! Place was cleaner. Just need to work on timing.**Need to bring back "All you can Eat - Soup & Salad" loved having French Onion Soup w/Oriental Chicken Salad....awesome meal!!!

We had a great time! The bartender was new but treated us very well. He was also attentive to all of our needs. We will surely return! The food was also prepared to our expectations. This is definitely one of the better Applebee's.
Horrible experience. Waited 40 minutes till 3 of 4 of us got food. Everyone was done eating. I had to take my food to go. One of the diners asked for medium rare steak and got rare meat. He couldn’t eat it. After a 40 minute wait to get food, he chose to leave it on his plate.Second time we’ve tried to eat here. We will never be going here again First time was slow too but this time.. wow!We always loved Appleees food but this place could use some assistance.

The staff were great. However, the prices for what you get explains why this chain is failing.You can get better quality and quantity for less at a number of places.It used to be Applebee's had decent food at reasonable prices... This is no longer true.

Waitress was terrible. Waited 20 min after being seated for drinks. She was also tending the bar. She should stay behind the bar. Also she was training a new Waitress. I wouldn't have her training. Food was ok. Manager needs to not have his staff doing bar and tables.

Service was good but the spinach dip was not hot and chips were a bit stale. However the oriental chicken salad was good and fresh. The real reason for three stars was that the food took over thirty minutes and there was only four tables in the entire restaurant being used and two had already received their food

I had a great time at this location! We came in for dinner pretty late in the evening, and was immediately met with friendly staff. Lots of attention from our server, very warm and caring all around. Food was delicious and perfectly cooked! My only regret is not saving enough room to have some dessert ;)
