Hard-working team, it can get a little chaotic and busy during certain times of the day. Staff are friendly and they aren't stingy with the sauces/condiments.
This place sucked over two 3 years ago never went there again. Just went there for the first time since then. Management has not changed and if you don't check your bag you will get shorted or something else. I would not go here again once again.

I love going to this Arby’s. The staff is always very friendly. They always make the food fresh. They give you plenty of sauces. The restaurant is very clean Inside and out. Today at the drive-through we were served by Danny. He was exceptionally Friendly and He cared about getting our order correct. He took the time, making sure everything was right for us, even though it was obvious they were very busy. I would recommend going to this Arby’s location. 5 stars for sure!

RIDICULOUS!!! We went here for dinner there was a couple of cars in the drive thru, no one in the lobby, stood there for 10 minutes, one girl asked if she could take the counter because others had walked in behind us, I'm guessing manager said no drive thru comes first and we were ignored one person in the back slowly moving food around, manager standing by fryer asking a lot of questions and commands to the one girl that was trying to help but was doing NOTHING to help, still can't figure out why they were acting like they were so busy as to they couldn't help lobby customers, 10.minutes had went by, my daughter suggested Cane's across the street so we went there a few minutes later the customers behind us also showed up at Cane's. Cane's had a full parking lot, at least 5 cars in drive thru and we ordered and had our meals in less time than we stood waiting to be helped at Arby's. I would say the manager has no idea how to run a crew and expects that her job is to lean on counter and give orders.

I love Arby's, but the customer service wasn't good today. The food is good, but the customer service was not. The employees could have have been better and more polite! I was with my grandpa, and the way the black lady handed the food over to my grandpa wasn't very nice and then she slammed her door window, she seemed irritated and then my grandpa tried knocking on the window and she looked at us, but didn't attend to us, and some other lady opened the window instead, but she was whispering and it was just very weird and strange. Plzz be more polite and don't do that again. My grandpa deserves better treatment!!!!
