1 star for everything because how do you run out of roast beef just tell customers it'll be an hour. I risked coming in for dinner after a very long day and I will NEVER make this mistake again.

Went to this location on Thursday 7/31 around 8:30pm and the two girls working the drive thru were killing it! Our order was 100% correct and fresh. Also the customer service was fantastic. Both girls were super friendly and nice. We were really impressed with our entire visit.

We visited late night, the staff was friendly and was thankful I was patient. Food takes time to cook 😁. I had a gyro and cheese sticks. Thank you

I usally enjoy Arby's. But my last visit to this one was very disappointing. Mostly by the staff. Got my order wrong food was no where near hot and the thug life attitude didn't help. The long dreds made me check my food..

My husband just drove in from out of State ..we wanted Arbys..walked in and stood there for approx 5 to 6 min they saw us walk in and the girl took off to the back ,then 3 of them were just standing there ,didn't address us at all ...
So we decided to leave
I said thanks a lot for your help as we walked out ,one girl said have a great night 🌙

I don't know what happened to this location in the last like 3 to 4 months. But the new manager and crew sucks. I ordered a number one. With a sweet tea and curly fry. I get to the front window and they were asking me for my order again, because they didn't put it in very rude food wasn't hot and fresh, got no receipt, no napkins. Not very impressed. The former manager and crew were awesome. How about we bring them back.
