I love going to this Arby’s. The staff is always very friendly. They always make the food fresh. They give you plenty of sauces. The restaurant is very clean Inside and out. Today at the drive-through we were served by Danny. He was exceptionally Friendly and He cared about getting our order correct. He took the time, making sure everything was right for us, even though it was obvious they were very busy. I would recommend going to this Arby’s location. 5 stars for sure!
I love Arby's, but the customer service wasn't good today. The food is good, but the customer service was not. The employees could have have been better and more polite! I was with my grandpa, and the way the black lady handed the food over to my grandpa wasn't very nice and then she slammed her door window, she seemed irritated and then my grandpa tried knocking on the window and she looked at us, but didn't attend to us, and some other lady opened the window...
It was fine though. Beef and cheddar was a little bit weak on the beef. Service was fine. I guess. The guy kind of gave me some hard time about which drink was done which drink was regular but he's going to swap him out once we figure it out which was which or if we weren't satisfied with that to seem
