There is a young lady that works the weekends, she is a doll. Very polite, very soft spoken. The donuts are hands down the best in the KC area. I wouldn't recommend buying during the week. The weekly opener is rude, routinely sells donuts to favorite customers before opening the store or turning on the sign. As good as the donuts are, that one employee ruined it for me and I don't eat big Daddy's donuts anymore. If you do try em, try the cronut and their fritter. Wait til Saturday if you want to be treated right.

I love this place the people but I get off work around 4 am and usually work out then stop in and it says it opens at 5 a.m but I've been sitting outside waiting and there is no one. If you claim to be open at 5 a.m you should be open nit 5:01 I waited 20 min and still no one showed. Again this is not about anything but being on time. I love supporting this place because the owner is amazing and it's nothing against her or anyone but I look forward to going in early.

I wanted to try this donuts 🍩 because someone said their good and the door was open but no donuts and goggle said they close at 12pm and I went at 10:30am and the girl in there was rude saying that was almost 12pm and was to close I understand if there's no donuts but to be rude not ok not going to try again

I stopped in early in the morning to grab donuts for my students who aced their state testing. When I told Angie what I was doing, she gave me 2 dozen for the price of one dozen and a half dozen! She told me that she never had a cool teacher like that and that it should be celebrated! I’m blown away by the service and the donuts! Such a great experience, and my students loved their donuts! Thank you for helping me start my Monday off on a good note, Angie!❤️❤️

Yes, me and my coworker came in . The tall white guy with glasses was very nasty and disrespectful and basically rush us out the door saying we were closed and lock the door behind us. I have never been treated with so much disrespect definitely would not recommend !! no customer service at all!
