I’m giving them four stars because they were nice and the pizza was good. Unfortunately the beer wasn’t for us, and that’s okay. But also because we drove 30min out of the way because they were the brewery with the largest menu selection outside of downtown, which we were avoiding because of the protests…..
Unfortunately for us the limited their menu to only pizza by the slice. I don’t know if I just missed that, but on here it showed as a full menu. Anyway, the owners were nice and the restaurant was quiet. You order at the bar which is kind of nice because no one bothers you.
If you’re wanting to try some interesting beer you don’t see anywhere else, and want some pizza this is a nice spot. If you are in the area go check it out, if we want to keep small businesses around we need to support them.

I had a GREAT experience here!!! While they didn’t have any IPAs on tap (temporarily!), they had an amazing Dunkel, and I’m actually glad there were no IPAs so I could try said amazing Dunkel!! Live music, pizza by the slice, a variety of seating options, and plenty of parking make this brewery a must stop!! Loved it!!

Cozy brewery in the heart of downtown Belton. Nice variety of beers, something for every taste. Could have been a bit colder but very tasty. Pizza by Pizza Tascio also very good. Large slices for $5 each. Definitely would recommend.

A must do when in Belton. The beers are phenomenal and there’s always something new to try! The food from Burn Theory is a hit, lots of options and made to order. The staff are so friendly and welcoming! My husband and I absolutely adore this place. It’s located downtown with lots of places to visit near by as well. I recommend trying it out or making it a regular stop! 11/10!

Dropped in after dinner on a Thursday. Tried three beers a Belgian wit, one with coffee and an oatmeal stout. Excellent quality.
I prefer stouts in general and this one did not fail me. The name sounded like it might be sweeter. I was pleasantly surprised when it was moderately dry. I probably would have had a second if I wasn't driving 30 minutes to get home.
My wife sampled the other two beers and enjoyed both but liked the wit beer more than the coffee beer. I kind of liked the coffee beer better.
Other notes Very friendly as you might expect in Belton. Quaint downtown area that I wouldn't mind going back to explore. We were able to walk right in and sit at the bar. But, it was a Thursday night. And last, I felt the pricing was just right for what we were expecting.

Great microbrews and food, kind and attentive owner, and comfortable space. Service dogs/pets only just FYI. The Cue Club Sandwich is pa@rticularly delicious, great combo of a club and cuban. The Trash Panda is a solid witbier as well.

MORE THAN JUST CRAFT BEER - ONE OF THE BEST BBQ SPOTS IN KC! Broken Hatchet is one of my favorite local breweries in KC with incredible leadership, amazing staff, great atmosphere, and delicious beer 😍👏🏼 Caribbean Vanilla Cream Ale OR Burnt District Blonde are my two favorite beers, but they also have Seltzers, wine, and other options for the non beer drinkers. My fav menu items are either the Cubano KC or the Cue Club 😋 always a 10/10!!!!
