No one goes inside the place it's like a ghost town, I say because it's dingy, dirty looking inside. The staff is so busy with drive thru. I took my stuff to go after being inside.

I have ate the food from this Burger King for 3 decades and it is always good. Recently my sister had to wait at the drive-up for an hour, in the evening, to pick up an order I placed online. This is not acceptable. Then they completely left out a whopper and fries. She drove back to get it and they gave her a free cookie. Like any drive up, you should check your order, because things can be missing sometimes.

Order double Whopper cheese meal for my son, fries were horrible, cold and wilted. I walked back in to get fresh fries, noticed they had some pre-boxed in the warner bay. From experience in food service,the area near the drive through window is cold and its not a good temp for the fry station. Better to have them in the bay bin, so they stay warmer. And if you don't have a lot of customers coming through don't make cook a lot of fries.

Why in the world would you serve a customer with a bun that you burnt like this? What’s wrong with the employee who doesn’t care this much?
My son ate a few bites and said his burger tastes bitter. This is what I saw after checking his food.
Shame on you when you mess up and still pack that burnt food and hand it over.

I asked for no tomato and no pickle and a blue raspberry frozen drink. Got I think dr pepper or coca cola, and sandwich had pickles and tomatoes. I understand that these restaurants don't pay their workers enough to care, but come on.

Went today, the whopper was very cold, I went and told the woman, she just warmed up in the microwave with all the veggies. Can you imagine? The bread got soggy and nasty. It went to the trash. Very disappointed. Also the fries were cold. I'm not going back there.

I had to repeat my order twice, so I’m very frustrated at the fact that they got my order wrong. I specifically asked for no ketchup and no mayonnaise on the bacon king burger that I ordered for my husband. I asked for mustard on it. There is in fact, no mustard on it, but there is ketchup and mayonnaise. Surprise surprise. I also ordered a double cheeseburger for myself and I get home (35 minutes away) and lo and behold….It’s not in the bag so now I have no dinner and am out three bucks.
How hard is it to listen to directions ??
If I could give zero stars I would.

After a long busy 12 hour shift, getting fresh hot food along with excellent customer service makes my day so much better. Employees are always so nice and the food is hot and fresh. Chicken sandwich with cheese is delicious and fries are yummy. Will be a repeat customer!
