Got a to go chicken bowl took it home eating it when a bone stuck in my gum had to pull it out it hurt like **** then called and left message about it and no one ever called me back. I would recommend you eat with caution..... for no one returning my call is unacceptable I will NEVER go to any Chipotle's restaurants again. I guess the customers are only a number to them they don't care if you pull bones out of your gums.

Do NOT go to the chipole in belton mo...save the hassle and just drive to the grandview one. I have given that one several chances and I will no longer go to the one in belton MO. Not even going to waste my time typing out what all happened.

If you want to waste hours of your life, come to this place. I’ve been here about ten times, and not once have I been served in less than 25 minutes. It doesn’t matter if you order online or anything else—they won’t serve you any faster. On top of that, the food is extremely salty. This is the worst Chipotle in the country

The last 3 times i have been to this location there have been problems. Food not correct, either topping missing or super small portions. My last order from there the bowl was barely half full. I order via the app and when setting a time i usually show up 10 minutes after time. Still never ready. Last time i had to wait an additional 30 minutes until my order was ready. I will not be using this location again.

Most dirty disgusting restaurant Ive ever been too. Couldn’t eat the food I received. Afraid I would get sick. Shut this place down. Food everywhere. Tables, floors, counters, had food particles everywhere and staff not cleaning. Bathroom was totally disgusting. Music so loud you couldn’t hear the person beside you. Stay away from here.
Worst chipotle I’ve been to, never has ingredients and is always missing something. Taylor’s review couldn’t have said it better. The owner of this location needs to wake up

It takes a lot of bad for me to actually take time out of my day to write a review, but I want to save as many people as I can from going to this location. I’ve lived here for about 3 years now so I’ve been to this location quite a few times— never very frequently because every time I’ve gone always said “this is the last time I come here” because something (or multiple things) have always been wrong consistently. Whether it’s waiting 20+ minutes after “pickup time”, missing ingredients, incredibly small portions (sometimes you get the pleasure of receiving all three) something is ALWAYS wrong here. I want to applaud the location for being consistent, unfortunately it’s consistently terrible. If I’m paying $14 plus for a bowl, the least you could do is give me more food than only enough to sustain an infant. Save yourself a lackluster meal that’ll leave you hungry and angry and opt for somewhere else — possibly Qdoba since they seem to be able to correctly make, portion, and serve a meal. This seriously is the last time I give this location a try. Do better.

I go to chipotle almost weekly. I visit the warrensburg location but was in town close to belton today. I asked for a large quesadilla like I always have for my son. The guy told me “you have to order those online.” I thought he was messing with me and then I asked “I have to order a quesadilla online?” He said yes that they have to make them in the back. And just looked at me. I asked if I could do a small one then and he said yes. I had NO ONE else in line behind me so I don’t understand why it couldn’t have been made? And I’ve NEVER been told that I had to order a large quesadilla online. I felt like I was a bother ordering food. The small steak quesadilla I did order barely had ANY cheese in it either. I didn’t realize until I opened it up for my son and it wasn’t even sticking together. I’m sure a large quesadilla is more expensive and to miss out on money because you’re lazy is crazy to me.

I ordered a bowl and rice, and barbacoa was cold, food portions smaller than normal, I asked for extra lettuce, and she gave me whatever she could hold with 3 fingers.

Customer service is still horrible.
Here at 7:45 waiting for our food that on the app says ready for pick up by 7:30. Am we are the only cars here, no customers inside. An employee outside smoking, and the rest laughing at us from inside while stocking inside. They shorted us on our meals and stared at us while waiting. The entire experience is disgusting. We just got off work from working a 13 hour shift at the hospital in the ER and just wanted some dinner on this cold night. Nobody should be treated like this when we were the only customers at the restaurant. The short little blonde girl with glasses was extremely rude to us staring at us and laughing at us in front of other staff. Very gross girl and 0/10 experience. DO BETTER!!!

This is my second time trying this Chipotle, and unfortunately, it will be my last. I ordered my food and it'll be ready at 6:10 pm. I get there at 6:26 and my food is nowhere to be found. I wait in line and ask the cashier she goes in back, grabs it, and walks away. I ordered a drink and had to get back in line and ask for a cup, and I asked for utensils. I was told it was over by the drinks, so I headed there. The first time I ordered here, I got no utensils either. After seeing what it looked like by the utensils, I was absolutely not going to be grabbing anything. This is irritating as I'm not from this state and don't have silverware back where I'm staying. Overall it has been a bad experience both times, and I really wanted it to be better this time.
Vegetarian options: I don't know if they offer any veggies here, as I've never revieved them when ordered.

I am a doordasher. I was trying to show the front staff who i was picking up for and I didn't want to say the name wrong (I was trying to be respectful its a hard name to say) so I showed the guy my phone and he yelled at me and called me rude. I explained i didn't know how to pronounce it and i was trying to be respectful to her name and he continued to yell at me and say "don't show me your phone i don't care it's rude!" I was in tears so I left and called doordash. I will not be returning to pick up orders from them.
