Soggy chips, my bowl was practically empty, anll the food was under seasoned annd bland in comparison to other chipotles, and the people were rude. I won’t be going back and I recommend that you don’t take your business there either. For $26 I’ll go sit down and eat some better food. This place SUCKS!!! I don’t recommend you waste your money on this place.

I'd give them zero Stars if it was an option the service is always bad the atmosphere is usually dirty and the food well the food's good if they have it but they're usually out of that too oh and it's the only place in town that doesn't take cash dine at your own risk

I did not come in here to eat. I don’t eat at this place due to too many times I’ve seen some code violations and tonight I came in here for a DoorDash and I seen three employees one came from the dining room straight to deal with the food, one went from the register to the food touched her glasses touched her face didn’t change her gloves, the person that came from the dining room did not wash your hands the other person that’s online as well. Came from the grill and talking to somebody and putting your hands everywhere came from there to make some food didn’t change your gloves didn’t wash their hands nothing to me that is disgusting. That is a code violation being said I’ve been a G in before. That’s just disgusting. I did talk to the manager tonight and she just said I’m so sorry. I’m so sorry. Not once when she walked back did she make any of them change their gloves or wash their hands? It’s very disgusting and nasty.
Food is expensive these days obviously. I'm beside myself at how often I pay for things here that I don't ever receive. Catering to dashers in your drive thru is asinine. ALL online orders should be available for window pick up. Telling me that I have to park and come in to get it off a shelf that's 5 feet away from the window is absolutely rude. When you combine these experiences literally ever visit. It's time to review your policies or die off like a dinosaur.

The pics speak for themselves! This location is a hot mess, not an hair net in sight, unorganized and extremely slow. Always out of stuff, always look like they don’t want to be at work…how are they even still open?

I WILL miss the good ones , but i'm not gonna pay all that money for a bad one. So I'm done with Chipotle!!
Very bad and upsetting visit to belton chipotle tonight. Brown rice was no where near cooked all the way. Found a large piece of black hair in my food. And my side of queso was filled maybe half way up. We love chipotle but will not be going back to this location for a very long time.. Already contacted support but don’t even try calling up there because you’ll be met with a robot who won’t let you talk to a chipotle worker.

Every time I go in, they are out of something and they never have fajita vegetables ready but yet I never see anything cooking and according to them they’ve always just run out and it was not busy. I was there today. Very frustrated sent a review to Chipotle nothing. answer starting to think that people don’t even actually look at these things this place needs new management.

Got a to go chicken bowl took it home eating it when a bone stuck in my gum had to pull it out it hurt like **** then called and left message about it and no one ever called me back. I would recommend you eat with caution..... for no one returning my call is unacceptable I will NEVER go to any Chipotle's restaurants again. I guess the customers are only a number to them they don't care if you pull bones out of your gums.

Do NOT go to the chipole in belton mo...save the hassle and just drive to the grandview one. I have given that one several chances and I will no longer go to the one in belton MO. Not even going to waste my time typing out what all happened.

If you want to waste hours of your life, come to this place. I’ve been here about ten times, and not once have I been served in less than 25 minutes. It doesn’t matter if you order online or anything else—they won’t serve you any faster. On top of that, the food is extremely salty. This is the worst Chipotle in the country

The last 3 times i have been to this location there have been problems. Food not correct, either topping missing or super small portions. My last order from there the bowl was barely half full. I order via the app and when setting a time i usually show up 10 minutes after time. Still never ready. Last time i had to wait an additional 30 minutes until my order was ready. I will not be using this location again.

Most dirty disgusting restaurant Ive ever been too. Couldn’t eat the food I received. Afraid I would get sick. Shut this place down. Food everywhere. Tables, floors, counters, had food particles everywhere and staff not cleaning. Bathroom was totally disgusting. Music so loud you couldn’t hear the person beside you. Stay away from here.
Worst chipotle I’ve been to, never has ingredients and is always missing something. Taylor’s review couldn’t have said it better. The owner of this location needs to wake up
