My chicken was warm at best it was dried out and tough . They put 0 effort to making the customer happy and was not helpful at all plus their drink machine area was nasty!

if i could give this a 0 i would. I ordered a two piece mix and received a thigh and two tenders. The mac and cheese was mushy! when I called back I explained my problem and the young man hung up in my face! I then called multiple times and he acted as if he didn’t hear me! Then proceeded to answer the phone and told me to bring the whole meal back tomorrow! Trash customer service I won’t be back!

I went for lunch today I ordered 4 piece mixed combo . I received two legs a wing that was so old it was tuff eat and a thigh.upgraded from reg to Med drink and a fry , comes with a biscuit. I felt robbed because it was over $17 dollars for a one person meal you would think at least you would get a breast for the white meat. . Should have gotten a bucket of chicken for same price. Don’t know if I will ever go back!

Food was good . However, the customer service is terrible. Was provided incorrect items and the drive through worker was very rude when I notified them of the mistake.

This is one of rhe slowest and nost u professional restaurants ive ever had the displeasure of walking into. 20-25 minute wait at 8 pm and an empty room is way too long to wait. I wouldnt fome to this location if hungry.

First, I love Churches. Go faithfully. Tonight it just was not it. I ordered Original flavored chicken, I got Hot. I called to let them know of the mistake, I work 20minutes away overnight so I won’t make it back tonight. I figured I can just take the skin off the chicken and still eat the meat. WRONG, because it wasn’t even done all the way. I’m happy I picked through it this time . Just hungry and unsatisfied tonight.
They did make it right when I called. I came the next day to get the remake order and they were very nice and polite about it.

Chicken sandwich tasted like regret, and the guy at the window had the charm of a traffic cone. If I catch bad vibes in under 90 seconds, you're doing something very wrong. And 50 cents per sauce? Unless it comes with a foot rub or life advice, hard pass.
