We visited Kansas City this past weekend and it was very hard to find an affordable, a restaurant that had food that normal people eat period and this was a good restaurant. The only argument I have is the vegetables and potatoes were cold. but the food was good and they have a nice selection of everything that someone would want to eat

Came for my normal breakfast and Ashley impressed me more than anyone else I’ve been served by there. Polite, fun, and efficient. Couldn’t have been any better as a waitress.

The dining room floor was so slippery it was very dangerous today. Wait staff blamed the fireplace. Management blamed the night cleaning crew. They should have closed the store until the situation was resolved.

We have had poor service at Belton Cracker Barrel before but tonight was the worst. First off my husband will not go there anymore because of the poor service. I went by myself tonight and after waiting for over 10 minutes I ask for someone to see if my waitress could come out and take my order. She finally came out and I placed my order when it came out 20 minutes later it was not what I ordered. She took it back and when she came back I asked if I could talk to the manager about the service and mentioned that I had had a long day and the waitress popped off that she had a long day too. I was hungry and frustrated and her comment did not sit well with me so I left 45 minutes after arriving still hungry. I don’t feel like this store cares if their customers are satisfied.

We had the pleasure of having Cassie as our AMAZING waitress! She got to us quickly with our drink orders took our breakfast order, and food came out perfect (shout out to the cooks)!!! She asked if we wanted to grab a take home meal, we decided against it since we were full. But she was such a kind genuine person, we want her as our waitress, she is amazing!! Thank you Cassie!

Stopped in for breakfast on sat. Morning @9:30 not busy. Food still barely lukewarm warm. The server was great, food not up to par. We’ve skipped this place for a month or so and decided to give em another try.

Arrived at this restaurant at 6:50 PM on a Wednesday evening. We were seated quickly, but after waiting over 15 minutes for someone to take our initial drink order I got up and went to the server station where I found three staff chatting with each other. I ordered water with lemon and my wife ordered hot tea with lemon and honey. After a long time, drinks arrived without lemon or honey. We never did get any cornbread or biscuits. I ordered the grandma sampler, my wife the meatloaf. After another long wait (there were only 7 tables with customers) the food arrived lukewarm at best. My French toast came with no syrup, my wife's apples were missing and my wife's meal had a tiny amount of gravy on the potatoes. We asked the server to correct this but this did not happen. Since our server was missing again, my wife got up and went to the server station and found three staff chatting about something on their phones. By the time the gravy and syrup arrived we were done (literally and figuratively). My eggs were good but the ham was like leather, the sausage patty was hard and the bacon was soft. When we left, the parking lot lights were off making for a dicey walk to the car. Overall, I cannot recommend this location.

We were seated at a dirty table and had to ask for it to be cleaned. We were eating at 3:30 so there was no excuse for the dirty tables all around us, yet the staff had plenty of time to joke around and laugh just out of sight behind the wall they bring the food from. My hashbrown casserole was not the same as I always had in the past. It was simply cheesy hashbrowns that had been sitting since lunch. They were too hard on top to eat. My meal came with biscuits and gravy, but did they bring it to me on a plate? No! The biscuits were in the basket and I got a tiny bowl of gravy, enough for one biscuit.
It's no wonder your company is hurting!
The pictures are the dirty tables all around us the entire time we ate.

Took two grandkids to this location while passing through. Our server Mikey E was awesome and incredibly patient. Kids enjoyed the mini pancakes, I enjoyed the blackened chicken. Restaurant is very clean and relaxing.

Fast,Friendly and the food was good. Service was very good, store was clean. I had a call in order and the cashier was very fast and friendly. Very courteous, the food was delicious and a good portion. A lot better than any other Cracker Barrel ive been to. I stopped going due to poor service from the independence cracker barrel. This location was above and beyond.

My go to place for comfort food for years but need to fix food ingredient shortcuts such as the stovetop stuffing replacement for the old dressing recipe, and bring back old favorites like the chopped steak.

I love Cracker Barrel. Why? Because I can rely on knowing that I will always get great food and service at every one of the many Cracker Barrels I've visited. I was a over the road trucker 48 states. I am retired and I never had a bad meal ever ever at one of their restaurants. I always tried if It was posable, to get the Rig in to the parking lot or a close walk Iwould stop for a meal. I now have a Cracker Barrel 15 minutes from home and being a lady driver i love the pretty decorations and easy gift shopping when im there. In my home town myself and my family and friends enjoy eating their also.
