This Cracker Barrel is 2 miles from our house.

I had the hamburger steak smothered and it was great.

Wifey had the ham steak, also very tasty.

ham steak is no longer on the menu, wifey is very sad.

Good news, country fried steaks were very good.

Most of our food was overcooked. The biscuits were thin and HARD. gravy didn’t soften them. Server brought two more biscuits, a little more fluffy, but hard bottoms. Bacon was fried to a crisp and hashbrown casserole was overcooked. We never have good food at this restaurant. Did not see manager. Server was great and and cashier was sooo nice!

We had dinner at the Belton MO location and I would just like to give our server Ryan a shout out! He was quick, attentive, patient with our grandson and we really enjoyed his positive attitude. The food was great, and the service that will keep us coming back!
