Sometimes the pizza gets overcooked. Often enough I've had to specifically request the pizza be removed from the oven ~2-3 minutes early. But I must add the sandwiches are always amazing.

The manager on duty the night I messed up my address and sent pizza to my neighbor by accident. Didn't hesitate to remake and resend the order. It was hot, fresh and delicious. Thank you guys, you rock!!!

I came through the drive-through and they said my stuff was coming out the oven. They asked me to pull to the front and wait for them to bring it out. They never came out so I went inside to wait. Still didn’t serve me. So I went up to ask and it was sitting behind the counter the whole time. 6:42pm Dec22

Very terrible service. Ordered Domins Pizza online through DoorDash, and when I received my order, it was missing an item. I called the store to let them know, and the lady on the phone made me feel rushed and was about as pleasant as a stingray.

The delivery driver (tattoos, blondish hair, glasses) was also very rude. When my boyfriend politely asked, “Hey, is that DoorDash for ___?” she said “No.” She even dropped her keys outside while he was holding the door open for her, and she didn’t say thank you. He asked again, “Are you sure it’s not DoorDash?” and she wouldn’t look at him and walked right past.

She went up the elevator, and sure enough — it was our DoorDash order. Her excuse to me was, “I’m not used to people ordering from DoorDash.” Miss ma’am, you’ve delivered to us at least three other times. I recognized her because of her tattoos and glasses. We were simply trying to save her a trip by meeting her at the door, and she was extremely dismissive.

We understand customer service. We understand bad weather. We understand being busy. But weather and busy days don’t excuse this level of poor customer service.

Anyone would be upset if they paid for something and 1) didn’t receive it, and 2) were met with rudeness when trying to fix it.

I called in at 4:55, and the replacement didn’t arrive until 5:57. I understand the weather is bad — that wasn’t the issue. But since they messed up our order and we ordered before many others, our replacement should have been the first thing sent out. It was only one menu item, not twenty.

The customer service was truly poor, especially considering we were not rude and simply wanted the food we paid for. We will not be ordering from this Domino’s again. They are only five minutes away from us, which made them convenient, but that convenience isn’t worth the lack of service.

Woow…your response it not only unprofessional but lacking accountability. This is what you want to show people how you lack empathy and professional. Very immature😂. Whatever not ordering from you all again.

Weather in the area was pretty bad last night, but we needed something to eat so we ordered Domino's. Got there and I could see they were super busy but my order was ready, correct, and the staff was pleasant. I overheard several people complaining about waiting and about how long they had been told a delivery would take. I'm amazed at how anybody could have been upset, the roads were treacherous, they could have just shut down but they stayed open and did a great job!

This is my wife and I’s go-to pizza spot. We have always been really impressed with the price, service, and speed of this restaurant! We have never had an error with any order that we have placed, and the drive-through window makes pick up super easy! Can’t recommend this Domino’s enough. Each employee has always been very courteous and served us with a smile.

Pizza was good but ordered extra toppings,it would have just been barely adequate for normal toppings,seem to have this issue from Dominos,I will only get from them when they have a 50% off deal

Had the cheese stuffed crust. That was the biggest waste of money on the menu. I haven't been back since. The cheese stuffed crust cost more than any other Brand's and taste worse than wet rotten lettuce!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I knew they would come out with this before they did. Did I know it would be a dumb price? No did I know it would taste bad? No. I FAFO so you don't have to! Just DONT. I wish I could forget the awful taste of that cheese stuffed crust. I might need money to forget. I need my money back but bad things happen to good ppl all the time. My bad thing was trying this crap and paying my hard earned money for it. I hope the promotion is over by the next time I look at their menu. I used to pick the pan pizza over all others, so, I can't believe the promotional item was so disgusting
