Coffee is great don’t get me wrong. But who puts a drive through without an ordering system. No brosita was outside to take order to speed up process. Waited 40 minutes to get order without even acknowledging our wait. Was handed first drink only to have cream spilling over outside of cup. Was actually asked oh do you want a napkin. On our way with drinks only to discover each of the lids not properly secured. Where is the Manager. Where is customer service. Deleted...read full review
Omg! I’m not sure why I haven’t written anything for my Dutch bros❤️ first of all I don’t care who I talk to when I come you guys absolutely make my day every single day I come in! I get a large light iced carmilizer every time and it always taste the same so thank you for that!
