Paid for an extra shot of espresso, if you go there you know the coffees pretty much $10 I go regularly they didn’t put the extra shot in when I pulled back up to ask about it she said they did wouldn’t remake it. I won’t be returning wish I didn’t wasn’t my money ?

I do not understand the system here. I pulled in and an employee was talking the orders naturally I went to that line. The employee takes the 2 cars in front of me order and then walks inside. The lane on my right now has 3 cars ahead of me all because I went to the line on the left. Their double lane makes no sense to me at all. The wait is incredibly long. The amount of time I have spent in this line I could have gone to Starbucks and Scooters gotten my order and came back here and would still be waiting. They need to map this out better!

I love Dutch Bros but they really messed up up my order at this specific location. I ordered a decaf vanilla protein latte and got a caffeinated, non protein, unflavored, just pure espresso and steamed milk with no flavoring. Drinkable but not what I ordered or what I was charged for.

Dutch Bros has been my favorite coffee stop for several years now. I was thrilled when they started popping up in the Midwest. Staff are always friendly at this location and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. For a chain coffee shop their products are pretty consistent every time you order them. Pictured is an Iced Golden Eagle, cup lined with caramel drizz, and soft top. For the price their drinks are large!
