I haven’t been to Fazolis in nearly 20 years and decided to try it again today. My family was impressed with the quality, taste and value for what we got. We ate the cheese pizza, spaghetti, Alfredo and an Italian sub. We ordered it online ahead of time and they had it waiting for us on time. We will be returning!
Was missing things in my delivery order, and no one responded. I love paying for things I didn’t get. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Was I at Olive Garden? Same lasagna, better bread stix and no overcharge for the hype. Look, we haven't been here in a long time because it was, meh. Wife and I split the baked lasagna. I was going to take a picture but I was so surprised by the taste and quality I couldn't stop! I will be downloading the app for rewards as we'll be visiting more. Delicious food!

I went on 7/30 roughly 630pm. Originally I was going to place my order online but when I got to the end it told me it would be a 40min wait so I decided to just go through the drive through. As soon as I pulled up I'm informed that they're out of bread sticks. So I ask are they substituting something else for the bread sticks. Because 1 bread stick is supposed to come with each meal. She informs me they are substituting either a piece of pizza or cheese cake and something else that I can't remember PER ORDER not per meal. I'm like what? That makes zero sense. She gets the manager who comes on the speaker and tells me that he's just doing what he's told. No apology for the inconvenience or anything. I order because I'm already here. I ordered the same thing the same way I ordered online. She tells me my total which is pretty close to the same total I got online. I get to the window and pay and she then informs me she didn't ring me up for the side salad. I'm like what? That doesn't make sense because that would make my total almost 4 dollars more than it was online and honestly had I known that when I paid I would have just left. I ask for the manager this time to explain what the heck. The order was still pulled up in my app so I show him like look it's the same order so why is it 4 dollars more through the drive through. Manager seems annoyed and couldn't really give me an answer. And once again offers no apology. I'm annoyed at this point but I've already paid for most of our meal so I pay another 4 dollars. We get our food home and my daughter immediately finds a long black hair in her spaghetti. The girl at the window had long black hair so I assume it's hers. I then open my fettuccine alfredo and there is barely any sauce on it and it's dry. I had to open a can of Alfredo that was in my cabinet and warm it up to add it to make it edible. So between the one substitute per order fiasco then the payment fiasco and then to get home to food with hair and not enough sauce. Like what the heck?! Why would y'all only offer one substitute per order? Make that make sense? Honestly I rarely go to fazolis anyway. Maybe once a year if that so we definitely won't be back . Y'all need to step up your customer service and get it together. That whole situation was unacceptable.
