Friendly, genuine, joyful like she was born to greet people and brighten their day. Fazoli’s made a perfect call putting her in charge. She doesn’t just run a restaurant; she sets the tone. My ladies group had our luncheon catered last Thursday and the food delivered on time and the food was very good and hot we had the lasagna and the chicken fettuccine they even gave the untesil to sever the food with and we had bread stick which were nice and hot and they gave us take out containers the price was great I would highly recommend fazoils in belton a again to cater our lucheonn

I ordered the Alfredo and the cinnamon breadstick bites. Not too long after finishing the Alfredo I started to feel sick. That was the only food I had until that point so it couldn’t have been anything else. I felt sick for the rest of the day and eventually my body expelled the food and I was up all night puking.
When I went to tell the manager about this the next day, she made it clear that she didn’t believe me because nobody else had called her for months about food poisoning and even questioned how I knew it was food poising. Just because I called to let them know doesn’t mean everyone else would, and it’s a shame that you made it so obvious that you didn’t believe me. She said she would watch the tapes. Maybe try cleaning instead?
