The staff are respectful, professional, polite, and dutiful. I am so happy to see so many young people with such a great work ethic.

First time eating here..
Loved it 😍

The food is decent but specifically this location has a hard time putting their customers orders in their actual order. Several times I have came to this location only to have a wrong item or missing item from my order. It’s almost consistently done. I don’t understand how these workers can have an itemized receipt right in front of them and can double check but STILL consistently get things wrong.

It’s actually pretty good. Went in with low expectations.

Shake and steakburger were really good

The ice cream sandwiches are amazing

$75.00 door dash order for 3 people. One of the burgers was in a foil bag and smashed. The other 2 were fine. Onion rings were one solid block, and soggy. Very disappointed!

I WANT DIET PEPSI BACK WITH MY (former) FAVORITE FAST FOOD BURGER!!!! I want this to reach marketing so bad. It’s not about calories for me. I prefer the tase. I don’t like regular soda, it taste too sweet. So why do I want a “diet” soda (Pepsi zero sugar) that taste too sweet and like regular Pepsi? I don’t! So now I don’t have any soda when I go there and I’m mad sad about it to the point I’m leaving a 1 star review.

And don’t get me started on how a few years ago you all switched to not making the sauce in store and put it in trash little premade things and I stuck by your side and now this? The sauce sucks. Can’t have a Diet Pepsi. Save money and give people trash sauce and now get kickbacks from Pepsi from pushing their trash Pepsi Zero. I’ll be having a butter burger basket from Culver’s with my Diet Coke from now on. Thank youuuuuu

The wait is way too long! Slow DT service

I only came to get a half gallon of 1/2 & 1/2 frozen custard (that’s waaaayyyy overpriced, but I digress…) The young man in the drive thru was fat efficient and kind. The service was fast but when I got home and later that evening finally opened the frozen dessert-it was all chocolate. Prep mistakes happen, but these are extremely expensive for a frozen dessert to not get what you want. Also…we amped up the desserts to the kids and were stuck with what we had. All fine I guess in the end. Just stop and check before you serve it and we’ll start doing the same in the drive thru. Sadly.
