EDIT——I went through the drive thru with my girlfriend and we decided to eat in the parking lot. We saw a worker go to the dumpster area and heard a lot of banging. It scared the HECK out of us, we saw him come out of the area looking like a rapid animal. It was very scary and not a safe feeling to be here.
8/10/25- my girlfriend and I decide to go back cause we wanted a steak burger and of course a custard, The same guy was there again and sounded like he was beating the dumpster once again. This time he wasn’t even in uniform. You have a very aggressive worker and he needs to be gone. We will never be coming back to this store.

Great pime rib sandwich

Overall super unsatisfied. Wait in the drive through for over 20 minutes just to get home and find out 1 of the only 2 burgers we ordered wasn’t in the bag.
Called up to let them know about the missing burger as the wife drives back across town to get what they left out. Manger says to me he will remake the entire meal.
Wife gets there and they’re hassling her about it saying they’ll remake the 1 burger.
Well that would be cool but the whole meal is still sitting on the counter and cold as I don’t want to eat my wife’s food and she left to go pick up what they left out.
Yea this stuff happens but make it right. We waited for the food and expect a hot meal and to get what we paid for. Fix what you messed up, Freddys! What a joke.
Where’s the pride in good customer service? Plenty of opportunity to do better.
I’d be cool with the replacement burger that was left out but to tell me one thing on the phone then hassle us when we drive back up there shouldn’t be the way this turned out.
