The Belton Bakery did a great job with our cakes. We basically told them our wedding colors and the Art Deco theme and they brought this masterpiece of a sheet cake! The cake and cupcakes all tasted amazing as well!

It was advertised that Veterans Day breakfast would have inside and pickup. When I got to there no pickup! Way to ruin my day. Don’t people realize there is still Covid and now a flue epidemic !

I went to the meat department to get the deal of the day I showed the butcher what I was looking for he wrapped it up put it in a package I took it to check out and it was not what I wanted because the price showed up different and when I read the package it was a different product so if you go to the Hy-Vee in Belton in the meat department and a butcher gives you something to make sure you got the right item if not you will be very unhappy like I am right now

Every online order gets messed up. They will sub out items that were not authorized as a sub. Complaints to the aisles online manager don’t make a difference because the orders keep getting messed up.

I usually love this Hyvee, but lately they keep having excuses on why they can't mail my USPS packages at their USPS station. 1st time it was "computer down", 2nd time was "Puerto Rico isn't part of US but it's a foreign country", now this time "we can't login to computer so we cant mail anything"
